Would’ve posted this sooner but I only just got access to a decent laptop (this one is still pretty shit, but not as shitty as the other ones that were at my disposal so ye), now with that out of the way gonna leave this here for posterity and for anyone else who may find this of interest or often finds themselves wondering where I went (which I can only assume is the vast majority of smogon due to my immense popularity). Ive more or less reduced my activity on ps to a bare minimum, just coming on for the occasional shitpost here and there, but alas, even that isn’t as fun as it used to be due to the fact that the uber room already has a plethora of cancerous users that frequent it besides me. I did make a ‘quitting’ post on the firebot forums a while back which can probably be found if someone goes far back enough in my posting activity. Furthermore, at this point ive probably said im going to quit ps like 60 times (and no, this is not an exaggeration in any sense) so with any luck this is the final time (and tbf I have basically quit at this point, just not 100%) I say it. if my last login date corresponds with the day I posted this status y’all can take that as a sign that ive achieved muh goal!!11!,if not rip. In any case I digress, ps is irrelevant and unneeded as far as my current aspirations go, and with the momentous strides ive made in productivity and time management as of late id hate for all of it go to waste again on ps, as we are all well too aware of how ‘just 5 minutes’ on ps turns into 40 and then 70 and then eventually ends up with you coming back to it, so id rather not that happen to me. Although I do wish I never got addicted to this site the way I did I met some very very cool people who shaped me into the person who I am today and I wouldn’t give them up for the world (however if someone wants to offer me about 5 dollars or more in order to forget all about them, Im not sayin that id do it, but id do it).
