On the back part of the torso armor there's something to insert stuff near the spine, it looks like it might be meant to 1. inject some kind of drug or another and 2. meant to stimulate the spine with electric shocks and the like to remotely control someone.

The arms and legs parts are armored on the non-moving parts, clothlike ont he moving parts (the feet and hands are covered by essentially socks and gloves of that cloth), but near the wrist and ankle are little bits that look like they're meant to inject drugs.
