  1. Transcript of October Issue of Terebi-kun, page 31: Kamen Rider Ghost Infocomic
  2.
  3. Robyn's Note: Translation mostly done for practice, but I felt pretty confident in my English wording. What is here is what I originally had written. Rewording occurred in Photoshop to make it fit the area it was in and look better.
  4.
  5. ------------------
  7. "Hero Report"
  8.
  9. (I can only guess the little "dadan dan dan" is mostly sort of a sound effect using 'dan' that is 'report'.)
  10.
  12. Inside Ghost's Eyecons dwell people's heroes. Let's introduce them!
  13.
  14. 第1回
  16. First Round:
  17. Miyamoto Musashi / Thomas Alva Edison
  18.
  25.
  26. This Sword Master didn't lose even once!
  27. ◀︎Musashi developed the "Niten Ichi-ryuu" ("Two Heavens, One Style") style of fighting with two katana at once. Around age 60, he wrote "The Book of Five Rings" ("Go Rin No Sho") which was about the 'Way of Strategy' and his sword-fighting technique.
  28. ▼His hair was messy, and kimono was falling apart, as he disliked baths. Maybe Kojirou lost the duel on Ganryujima because of Musashi's terrible body odor?
  29.
  30. Miyamoto Musashi 『Japan』 (c.1584 - 1645)
  31. A Remarkable Swordsman in the Edo Period. With over 60 duels, it's said he never lost once. In the famous duel on Ganryuujima, he used a boat oar rather than a katana, and defeated Sasaki Kojirou!
  32.
  33.
  40.
  41. He couldn't help but be curious about various things!
  42. ▼One day, he incubated goose eggs, warming them in the aviary himself.
  43. Was the mother goose also surprised!?
  44. ►He sold newspapers on steam trains to earn money to buy chemistry tools, which he used to conduct experiments. He even experimented in the cargo hold!
  45.
  46. Thomas Alva Edison 『America』 (1847 - 1931)
  47. This one person created over 1300 inventions, including a lightbulb that shone over 40 hours and a gramophone! (A machine that played recorded sounds.) Edison's most famous quote, "Genius is 99% perspiration and 1% inspiration," means that it's important to work hard!
  48.

  50. I did end up transcribing the copyright info at the bottom because I couldn't clean it up any other way and didn't want to remove it completely. So I'm also copying it here. ^ o^
