jamal: I'm sorry for your loss, I've had similar experiences. However, the best way to get rid of trolls is to get up from your computer and go take a walk, or just do something else until you calm down. Especially after a traumatic event that will cause you to become easily irritated and frustrated.

jamal: I feel ya. I think it would make sense for you to apologize to people and explain your real feelings and not get angry. If you just communicate your thoughts intelligently without swearing and getting annoyed with people whose only goal is to infuriate you, you'll be a lot better off. And you will be more immune to shitposting in the future. Just figure out how to ignore it.

jamal: I think it's time you just create a thread on TFTV. And clearly and calmly start out and apologize for getting so angry, and explain to them why it happened.

jamal: but sometimes, you just have to suck it up, and explain why it happened- and apologize beceause even thought they were being nasty, it still makes sense to apologize for yelling and swearing at others.
