I was largely in the dark when it came to Osiran foreign policy, but I understand Cormac and Adytus, our Chief Vizier (Prime Minister) began talks with your government. I also gather they never made it very far or did not fully appreciate the situation.

Yes, Adytus contacted us a few weeks ago - It was actually a good and appreciated move. We have been reviewing the situation so far and came to the conclusion that we would welcome it to improve our relations with Osiris. One of a few regions that refrained to take a hostile stance towards the Pacific in the recent past - unlike others.

Ah you heard. - Yes. Cormac tends to spice up things regarding NSGP. But this is my own opinion.
However, I personally am quite hopeful regarding the future, because I only heard good things about you in particular and I never had the pleasure to see you in office.(edited)

Some think I'm stern or even austere, but I know the machinery of government.
And it would not only benefit Osiris to foster warm relations with The Pacific, but it would fulfull a personal desire to work wth the region I started in.
It will take time I realize, but I have every confidence it can be accomplished. We presently have no treaty with The Pacific, so I give you my word now that we only want peace between our two regions and Osiris will not tolerate aggressive acton towards you.

Spoken like a true francoist. If I may I will inform the Senate and the Emperor that, with its new Pharaoh, Osiris is still willing to improve the relationship between our glorious regions. And ironically you made me aware of something our regions might lack. Perhaps there is a possibility to work on that - together.(edited)
