Epic 27 Rules

Rules:
•October 2014 TCG Format, only TCG cards are allowed. This means that cards marked as OCG on either Dueling Network or DevPro are not allowed. All cards that are considered to be TCG by the time that the tournament starts will be legal.
•Players will play each other using Dueling Network or DevPro.
•? rounds of swiss that will cut to a Top ? playoff (depending on final number of participants).
•Three days per round with additional time available if requested with a reasonable excuse.
•Those inactive for two rounds will automatically drop.
•Immediately contact your opponent for the Round via PM, IM, or chat box to set up a time and date to play.
•Unreported Tables after Round closure will be decided by activity.
If both parties at a table are inactive and not report prior to round ending - a double match loss will be issued.
If both parties at a table are active and do not report prior to round ending - a dice roll or coin flip should solve the problem.
If your opponent does not attempt to contact you, forward the PM you sent them to Gouki or Rounin as proof of activeness and attempt of contact.
