so isaac is chased by his mother into the cellar. Down there he encounters all sorts of creepy crawlies and so hallucinates things like the vis, the fallen etc. In the scariest part (necropolis) she finds him but is knocked out by bible. Isaac feels some emotion still so he hugs her body and so hallucinates womb/utero. Now there are two choices. First, Isaac realizes he is full of sin like the voice told him. If he ...

1. accepts his sin and likes it he goes to the dark room to fight the lamb and "sacrifice" it as the scapegoat.

2. Does not accept his sin he climbs inside the chest to suffocate. Fighting isaac/bluebaby/megastan is
