in formation: damg= A - D/2+ 1/2(A-D). If your (A-D) is around 20 (shooter attk ~ 100, DEs DEF ~ 80) then every strike it will add 10 damg (garbage)

it's around 25 percent damage for elemental weakness in giving and getting damage = 25 percent more so works out to be like 50 percent back and forth
