  10. 1. Last week, you lost your passport at the airport and couldn’t board the plane to go on vacation.

  12. When your classmate asks you about last week, explain your situation in your own words.
  13. “Last week, I was in the airport to go on vacation, and I lost my passport. They wouldn’t let me on the plane so I had to stay home.”

  15. Then your classmate writes a third conditional sentence about your situations.

  26. 13 If Julie hadn’t fallen asleep in class, she wouldn’t have gotten detention.
