All Stars C&E Info

This is how the all stars C&E will work:
When you come 1st,2nd or 3rd in one of my C&Es,you can request to be in my all stars C&E.When you  come in any of these positions,your starter will also be put in to the list of starters for the all stars C&E (even if you don't enter it).The all stars C&E is an 8-man Ubers C&E tournament.It will be held at around 9:00 am Brisbane Time (http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html)
