•Suggestion 1:
  - Ban Manager
  - For starters it is a great plugin to have reason being that we can track recent/current bans. As well as administer mutes/tempmutes/warns/kicks/tempbans/bans/and jails that are all logged so we know who is a offender of the same punishment in the past so we can be alittle more strict in punishment giving and such. For example lets say someone was caught hacking and we lets say for the hell of it we gave them a 6hour jail that would be logged in and we can look it up and see what they did and when they did so we can be more server on the punishment next time for them.

•Suggestion 2:
    - New punishment guildlines.
     - I will take responsibility for writing this if you would like but that's only if we insert ban manager and use that. Otherwise the one we have now is fine.

•Suggestion 3:
     -Admins
     - reason being for this is that we have no Admins. All servers should at least have 2 admins max. Reason for this is to give the low staff someone to go to when owners aren't available at the time to anwser any questions low staff might have.

•Suggestion 4 (Last suggestion)
     -Events
     -I think hosting events is a great idea give people to have chances at earning prizes and such. And it boost the community a little bit in my opinion.

-Sorry guys I am just full of suggestion to make this a better server in the long run and I have multiple staffing experiences so I know what people want and don't want with a factions servers. So I hope some of you agree with some of the stuff I put in.

New punishment guidelines - I do not think we need new ones the onee we have are working well except for the fact that not all the rules we enforce are in the /rules. Admins - like said above, admins are those individuals that help players if they need bigger things than mods can handle when a owner is offline we may not need an admin though considering we have 3 owners and a co-owner. Events - I personally want these to be started again I know a while back ChechZ did a pvp tournament which failed (no offense to him) but I believe we should do events like Rhos again. Manager - I feel as if the owner's have this rank under control and don't seem to need a manager but that is all I can tell by the way I see things don't know everything. We'll, these are my comments on your suggestions Minecraft, hopefully others will input something's also.

Role of each staff rank:

Trial-Mod:
• They are the lowest point of staff positions. They are only in training to hopefully become Mod later on down the road. They with hold a responsibility within the server. Such as dealing with all player problems that can consist Spamming, Caps, mainly chat problems and some hacking problems but not all. As I said the lowest point in staff. If they need assistance they are to ask a Moderator first before asking a Admin or Owner for help.

Mod:
• Moderators are the main authority and backbone of the staff on the server. They welcome new players, answer questions, resolve minor problems, and generally make sure the server is a friendly and productive environment for new and current players. They look to the admins for help.

Admins:
• Admins are the primary source to consult about server functions and more complicated cases of player punishments, as well as disputes involving players. They will contain access to gamemode 1 which is not to be abused to build a base for themselves or another in game they also will have other commands that if abused will result in demotion and possible tempban. They look to the manager for help.

Manager:
• This position also has the most authority of any staff role on the server over all roles lower than it, including admins. The Manager is the best source to consult about server functions and more complicated cases of player punishments, as well as disputes involving staff members. In situations of staff dispute, the Manager functions as a mediator and proposes solutions to the problem. They also handle promotions demotions and hirings withing the staff team. The Manager relies most heavily on the admins for advisement but also may reach out to other roles, especially when going through applications. They look to owners for help.

Owner:
• This rank is self explanatory the owner handles all everything with in the server the duties of trial-mod, Mod, Admin, and Manager altogether.  Not much to say here they are the last source to ask for help in the chain.

Architect:
• they handle all the building within the server.
