Nagato's chakra cannon was easily avoided, but the amount of power behind it should at least have created a shock wave of sorts that may throw the opponent off. Regardless, Nagato retracted his arm so that now both of his limbs were at 'normal' length once more. Nagato would take action at around the same time the Neon Walker let out two small bursts of neon while in the air, while she was close to landing.

There were quite a few options he had to deal with this. Nagato had the Vacuum Blast stored in his stomach from several moments ago, which he could use to cancel out the Neon Walker's beam. He could also use the Human Path to increase his movement speed, but he didn't really want to go on the defensive. It's a shame he didn't focus on preparing the Preta Path earlier, because he could have 'absorbed' the energy beam. These could be techniques he will keep in mind for future use, for now, it seemed a collision of forces was the best method.

He repeats the familiar phrase that comes along with the ability, "Wind Style: Vacuum Blast!"

He clasped his hands together, and exhaled. The wind escaped his mouth, exiting like a powerful gale towards the Neon Walker. The only noticeable visual of this attack coming towards her would be the fact that rain was being pushed away. It came out in the shape of a sphere, losing its shape the further it traveled, but not necessarily losing its power. Due to Nagato having charged his attack earlier on in the fight, it should be sufficient to deal with Abigail's technique (if not, perhaps even slightly more powerful due to having more 'charge' put into it. But I don't want to power play or w/e, so I'd rather both moves just cancel each other out.)

But as stated before, Nagato didn't want to be on the defensive. So as soon as he launched that attack, he'd prepare to take the offensive. From what he could tell from the encounter so far, this opponent wasn't susceptible to gravitational abilities. So the attractive force technique should be ruled out. But he still had the repelling technique if it was necessary, but he didn't particularity like relying on that. It should also be noted that Nagato could interchange between flesh and steel at will thanks to the Asura Path, which enabled his mechanical transformations the female had witnessed earlier.

"Water Style..."

With that in mind, while the Vacuum Blast was colliding with Fetch's laser beam, Nagato performed a very simple Tiger hand sign. This channeled the water around him from the rain in a two meter radius to gather and begin forming a wide, tall wall in front of him. The technique would quickly become very powerful, due to the ever present rain pour. This wall would act as a conduit for the Water Fang Bullet, which could release multiple high velocity spinning spumes of water that attack the target in guided assaults.

("Her speed is impressive. I'll cut off her escape routes.")

The rain pour would now be accompanied with strikes of lightning from the dark clouds above. For now, Abigail would be lucky, as these strikes of lightning were slamming down to the ground several meters away from them both, creating terrifyingly loud explosions as the Amala Network's maze structure begins to get torn apart.  Soon, Nagato would be able to concentrate the locations of the lightning bolts, which would obviously be bad for his opponent. On top of this, a faint increase of wind would be noticeable, which logically also increased the velocity the rain was pouring down with. And this, like the rain and lightning before it, will only grow to become stronger as the fight progresses.

(Nagato is cancelling out the laser beam with his own wind technique, then he's going to prepare for a water based assault. In the background, the area of effect move is getting stronger. Let me know if you don't understand something or if you think something is unfair. Also, PLEASE, do not take so long to post anymore. I was having a lot of fun with this fight, but having to wait so long just kills the muse. I'm going to have to enforce the three day time limit. This was a 'shit post' IMO. I probably repated a lot of words, probably used a lot of unnecessary detail as well. Museless. Not having a go or anything, but please don't take so long to post again. I respect you as a role player and your ability to take hits fairly, and be fair over all.)
