  1. When Night, aka James 'Sierra' Conor was 5, his Mother Jenny Conor had been killed and his father Samuel Conor had gone missing, which meant he was an orphan. To survive this harsh world, he sold whatever he could spare to survive, and ate whatever he could without causing harm to his body. When he was 8, he was found by a group of members working with the Follows of The Apocalypse. Seeing that he had future potential, he was taken in and given a place to live and learn. In repayment, he decided to join the followers of the apocalypse, and during his years going from 8-12, his learning began with basic survival things such as various creatures of the wasteland, various plants/fruits that may be eaten safely (if prepared properly), and basic needs such as how to make a temporarily shelter and search for a safe to drink water supply. He was also given basic engineering knowledge, which proved useful for his survival knowledge, because it would allow him to help set up various things with common sense rather then with trial and error, which helped him in the long run.
  2.
  3. However, as he grew older, to about 13 years old, he found he was rather proficient with crafting various objects (but lacked experience with electronics), and decided to embark on training for blacksmithing. He, along with other students was assigned to a group of blacksmiths in the followers of the apocalypse. The training was actually simpler then first thought, but even with this taken into consideration, it was still hard, because the tools they had for blacksmithing were very simple and often damaged, and metal decent enough to be properly be made into tools or weapons was very difficult to find. Still, Night pressed on, until him, along with others (of course) graduated at 16, and given a blacksmith armband.
  4.
  5. He worked in a traveling group, going from town to town, making gear for people, and perfecting his new found skills. He did this until he was 17, when they were called back to the area where he was trained and raised. Night had been dumbfounded, and immediately asked why to the head of the group, the man said “mostly because we could not afford to send anymore people out, because of reports of “Increased activity of aggressive super mutants””. It wasn’t long before the super mutants did attack, and when they did, they killed most of the FOTA group’s base. However, a few people (including Night) escaped, and decided to form their own lives, using the information they have. Night was not lucky however, because his skills required tools, tools which he did not have, so he ventured out.
  6.
  7. He found his way to Megaton, a 17 year old man, tired, starving, and thirsty. He didn't know anybody there, but the people there were friendly, and he decided to set up a temporary job as a bartender at a store, knowing it was the only way he’s going to get enough food or water to venture out farther then D.C. Months pass, he had been saving up some caps, food, and water for the journey, and was a few weeks away from saving up enough caps to hire a mercenary who went by the name of John Amolini, an Italian man, he was Night’s friend, and he was going to pay him to escort him out of D.C. Of course, things didn’t work out the way he wanted them to, because one day Night was at the bar stand, a rather empty store, when suddenly a man wearing combat armor bursts into the door, he could tell from his dilated eyes that he was high on some form of drug, and was carrying a sledgehammer.
  8.
  9. Night stared a few moments, before the man suddenly yelled complete nonsense for a few moments, Night just listened, from what he understood the man had found out somebody cheated on his wife, and that he thinks it was Night! Night immediately jumped over the counter, as the crazed man swings with his sledge, crushing into Night’s shoulder as he staggered out the door, running out of Megaton, without looking back. Out of sheer luck (or out of bad luck), he managed to get out of the state, he had barely enough food to keep him sustained, and all of the plants or water sources in or around DC had heavy amounts of radiation, and would kill him without a purification system. He wandered for weeks, before he reached a few states west of DC, where he rested at a small town.
  10.
  11. **END OF OOC EVENTS**
  12.
  13. **THE FOLLOWING IS ALL IC, AND HAPPENED IN A COMMUINTY (he was known as James Conor during this time).
  14.
  15. When he arrived in town, he had no caps, and no food, most of the water pools had still been heavily irradiated, but amazingly, trees still existed by the bunch, he didn’t care to wonder why. He goes to town, trying to find a job, but finds he comes up empty. At this point one frightening fact dawned on him, to survive, he’ll need to do something else, because he couldn’t earn caps, which means that his only other option was either to become a beggar, or to kill himself, or he had to take them by force. Of course, he decided to take them by force, he went to town, used all of his caps to buy a crowbar, and five zip ties, the zip ties were 20 caps each, perfect for his intentions. He left town, and he waited, waited until his first target was spotted.
  16.
  17. His first target was an easy one, a black African American male, he had no armor, no weapons, but a large sum of caps. He slowly moved in for the strike, charging him, trying to strike him in the head, knocking the man down, a swift one hit KO. He tied the man, and searched his bags, all he could find was 120 caps, for Night this was very good, because this could sustain him for a while. But, he realized a critical issue in his plan, he realized that if he were to be left alive, he would tell the others, and everybody would know him to be a raider, and he would be easy pickings for anybody who hunted for him, so he looked around, seeing no witnesses, he decided that if he expected to survive, he had to finish the deed.
  18.
  19. So Night began hitting the man in the head with the crowbar, multiple times, blood splattering everywhere, about 20 strong hits later, he was dead, bashed to a pulp. Night immediately dumped the body, and changed his clothing, he went back into town, without a drop of blood on him, and bought plenty of food and water, taking it, and stuffing it into his satchel. He left again, heading further west, however it appears things only got worse. He was alone, it was midnight, he was on an old highway, which had a motel on the other side of the street, when suddenly, without warning, a loud *BANG* rings out, striking Night directly in the shoulder, causing him to fall.
  20.
  21. As it would turn out, it was a stray bullet, a group of wastelanders (and a super mutant) were locked in a deadly brawl with a raider, the raider however, was easily overwhelmed by the hunting rifles of the wastelanders, and he was shot down, killed. The wastelanders ran to Night’s aid, thankfully, the bullet was rather low caliber, and did not reach in to cut any arteries open, but the bullet still had to be removed, the wastelanders took Night to the motel, where he recovered. Strangely enough, the super mutant kept the bullet casing that was inside Night, because the super mutant liked to collect shell casings. Night gave him his thanks, and moved on his way again, not stopping until he reached the Haven wasteland, where many things awaited him.
  22.
  23. When he reached there, he needed food and water, however before he went off robbing/killing people again, he happened to stumble upon a suitcase, he checked it for any rigged explosives, and found nothing, so he opened it, to find a dirty old pair of leather armor. He put it on, knowing he was going to need it. He stopped into town, and quickly made friends with a man name Joe, he can’t exactly remember his last name, but it started with C. Both of them went together robbing people, and killing them afterwards. Little did Night know, he was about to have a new equation added into the picture; the Legion. Unlike most legion in the Haven Wasteland (yes, this did actually happen IC, to clarify), this legion was a splinter faction, which means they had their own conducts, but still in their hearts legion. They quickly caught on to Joe’s activity in the wastes, and quickly sparked friendly relations with him.
  24.
  25. One day, Night was walking in the wasteland, he spotted a legion patrol, and they stopped Night, and took away his caps and his weapons. However, Joe rolled onto the scene, Night, convinced he was saved, called out to Joe to tell them to stop. Suddenly, the Centurion himself came to the scene, holding a red legion armband, telling Joe “You have done well, you have earned a spot amongst our ranks”, giving him the armband. The Centurion then turned, and said “Legionaries, crucify this man.”, as both of them raised their rifles, putting a bullet in each leg. Being dragged nearby New Haven, a popular pub for NCR, BoS, and everybody in between (except Legion, as you will see).
  26.
  27. They hoist Night up, tying him there, preparing the nails, when suddenly a group of men from the hills begin firing on them with laser rifles, it was the Brotherhood of Steel! The legion quickly scrambled away, and the BoS wandered off, leaving night tied to the cross, but not nailed. He waited there for hours, trying to get his ties off, but of no use, he was going to die, whether it’s a quick death from any wasteland creature passing by, or a long death of starvation or thirst, he sighed, looking down, realizing he is done for, when suddenly, a young man comes over, with a shovel, quickly seeing the man, he calls out to him, and he runs over. Night quickly begs him to cut him free, which he does, falling, unable to walk due to his gunshot wounds. The man drags him inside New haven, where his wounds are again taken care of.
  28.
  29. Once done, he is properly revived, given food, and water, and best of all, he left Night with a parting gift, a Nation 99 10mm pistol, brand new. He took the weapon, and went back to town, purchasing some ammo, and a new crowbar. He stayed in New Haven, he robbed people, solo, he did this for years, sustaining himself with the spoils of other people, however, he made himself a code, which he never wanted to break, (which he never did break), he always remembered the following,
  30.
  31. -He was only doing this for survival,
  32.
  33. -He shouldn’t kill/rob innocent women/children
  34.
  35. -Don’t rob every living soul you see, only rob when you actually have to.
  36.
  37. Years pass, he is 23, he meets a friend by the name of Lauren, and they become a robbing duo, splitting the caps between each other. She had one thing in common with Night, she also did this for survival, but that’s where the similarities end. This quick robbing duo had a bitter ending however, as it always does. Night was wandering the wasteland, just doing nothing really, when suddenly he hears screams over his radio coming from Lauren, he searched the area, but found nothing. He immediately started looking for information. Amazingly, within a span of a few hours, he finds out an infamous mercenary corporation captured her, the Blackwater Mercenary Corporation, with the intent on getting slaves. As much as Night wanted to storm in there and kill them all to save his robbing pal, he could not, and they had him massively out gunned, out manned, and out armored. So he took a stealth approach, by a slim miracle, he snuck inside, and managed to find her. However, he found out a much more bitter cold truth, that she had been broken, and doesn’t want to leave, unable to do anymore about it, he leaves, and goes back to what he did best, robbing people solo.
  38.
  39. The next major event in Night’s story is when he is 24, he meets a man, Night can’t remember his name, but they both became robbing buddies fast. However, this event is to become the quarter stone of what makes Night the man he is today. It was a Tuesday, they both came armed with 10mms, they surrounded a single man, armed with an axe, Night and his fellow pal told him to freeze, he wasn’t being compliant, so they both take aim, however, suddenly, in the distance, a shot sounding like a sonic book ring out across miles and miles of terrain, aimed for Night’s leg, a bullet shreds right through it, tearing a chunk directly out of Night’s leg, the bullet was of low caliber, but the rifle it was shot from was VERY high powered. The man being robbed quickly evades, as his robber pal quickly grabs Night, pulling him to a warehouse, he knew little of medical experience, but he did what he could, (although Night nearly died in the process). As it would turn out, it was a vigilante that had shot Night, the infamous Chris Gambell, an extremist in the Christian faith.
  40.
  41. During Night’s recovery in the abandoned warehouse with his pal, he came to a revelation that he was shot because of the terrible acts he had committed, robbing and murdering many people, just for his own survival. What astonished him more was that if Chris had wanted to, he could have killed night with a single bullet to the head, which means only one thing; Chris was trying to give Night a second chance at life, despite the bad things he had done, he was being offered redemption! Night, for once in his life, felt ashamed, that he had actually let himself drop this low down the rabbit hole, murdering people just for his own greed. He promised himself that from this day forward, he would move on, that he has to cut the bad shit, or he’s no better then raiders, legion, or everything else out in this godforsaken wasteland that is out to kill something. He knew he couldn’t undo the shit he had done, but he knew he could undo the shit others had done.
  42.
  43. When he recovered, he decided to take up scrapping, it was a dangerous job, but it didn’t get anybody killed, and it did keep him sustained. Months pass, he gains many new friends, now that he isn’t outside all the time killing people (and because nobody knew of the things he had done because he left no witnesses.) One of his friends came to him one day, talking about a woman named “Veronica” who tried to kill his friend because of a hallucination she had. Night, cautious of what she might do next, came to Veronica, wanting to study this further, to see if she has to be killed for other’s safety. As it would turn out, it was a one time issue, and Veronica was a perfectly fine person. Night and Vero became best friends, but for once in his life it wasn’t because of robbing people. This is when Night’s greatest trial occurred. He was wandering the wastes, when suddenly an armed group of wastelanders rob and knock him out. When he wakes up, he has a slave collar on, but otherwise had all of his gear, finding he had been turned into a slave of the splinter faction legion.
  44.
  45. The veteran legionary walked to Night, asking him “What can you prove useful for degenerate slave? If you can provide a useful task, we will spare crucifying you.”. Night immediately thought of ideas, telling the Veteran of his medical experience, and his experience with blacksmithing. The veteran looked at Night a few moments, before removing his facewrap, revealing a scar on chin, and an eye patch on his right eye. He briefly states “A long time ago, I had been shot, but it somehow hit my eye, what can you explain for this doctor?”. Night thought a few moments, before taking a risk, saying “Well, you might have just had a chin of steel”, this angers the entire group, as they un-sling all their weapons, aiming them at Night. Night, now fearful for his life, quickly thinks of a logical medical diagnosis, and replies “W-well, t-the bullet may h-h-have splintered due to l-lack of quality, and the shrapnel hit your e-eye. The legionary grows angered by this comment, and walks up, pistol whipping Night in the side of the head, knocking him out.
  46.
  47.
  48. When Night woke up, his slave collar was gone (they took it off to bring him there), and he was in New Haven, as he got up, he saw a crowd of legion, wastelanders, and alike all standing around Night, who happens to be in a cage. Night looks around, to suddenly see a strange mutant move into the cage as well, it could only be describe as a black woman with an African man’s face, it has claws, and various additions from both genders, in simple terms, a “hermaphrodite” (Google it). It was likely made from a very rare mutation, still, Night honestly didn’t care, what concerned him was what another man said in the background. The man in the background said “I paid you 300 caps to fuck him, you’re gonna do it!”, Night obviously knew he bit off more then he could chew this time, raising his hands, knowing at this point he may be inexperienced with hand to hand combat, but he’s damn well going to stop this mutant from doing any such thing.
  49.
  50. The mutant quickly swings, Night barely managing to block it, sending a cut all down his arm, as he yelps, managing to kick the mutant back to gain some space. He then remembers that the legion never actually took any of the gear from him (OOC: no, I’m completely serious, they neglected to take ANY of my weapons, only my caps). Knowing they would kill him if he exposed his gun, he took out his crowbar instead, sending a powerful swing to the mutant’s neck, causing it to bleed heavily, as suddenly the legion raise their weapons in surprise, temporarily halting the fight. A legion quickly grabs the crowbar from night’s hands, and the fight resumes. Whatever this mutant’s previous life was, it didn’t know any English, it clearly acted feral, and immediately charged at Night, however, he manages to stagger out of the way, the mutant crashing into the fence. Night manages to grip his fingers around the neck wound, puling at it, making it far larger, blood pouring out, the mutant batting Night a few feet away. The mutant, now injured, attempts to climb from the cage, however one of the wastelanders pull a laser pistol from their belt, firing at the mutant’s back, so the mutant falls back inside. A few more minutes pass of Night and the mutant fighting, and the Legion and the wastelanders grow bored, and exit. As soon as they exit, the mutant makes yet another attempt at escape, and succeeds, running out the cave. Night manages to climb out the same way the mutant did, walking to the table where the legion took his crowbar, taking the crowbar back, walking out.
  51.
  52. When Night did finally get out, he searched around for some cloth, managing to find some in a wrecked car on his way out, he wrapped it on his face like a bandana. As he walks out a legionary spots him and yells “Halt!”, however, luck was on Night’s side, the Veteran legionary, not aware of Night’s disguise, yells for the legionary to get back here. The legionary, fearful of death for disobeying, complies, running back to the legion base, as Night walks away, headed back to town.
  53.
  54. After a long time, Night is once again forced to leave, but this time for actions out of his control, according to the NCR, a critical security POW escaped from a brotherhood of steel bunker, and had triggered a self destruct system, the NCR moved everybody they could out, as they were leaving, the explosion was massive, it wiped out almost the entire Haven wasteland, many were killed, but many survived as well thanks to the NCR’s quick thinking.
  55.
  56. They arrived at another state, close to Nevada, where they issued housing to survivors. months pass, Night is now living in the wasteland, far away from the NCR and wastelanders, using his previously taught survival training, he built himself a shelter out of various scrap metals and pieces of wood. He has plenty of food and water, and has various weapons for hunting, such as a dagger, his 10mm, and a newfound hunting rifle. However, one day trekking through the desert he finds Veronica again, quickly bringing each other back to speed on recent events. Apparently, Veronica had become apart of the Kansas mercenaries, a group of trained mercenaries that do work for people in the wasteland, seeing how Night was going nowhere in life, he decided to try and join.
  57.
  58. He packed up his stuff and went to the Kansas Merc HQ, thanks to his friendship with Vero, he was able to register, and was approved for training. He was paired up with another fellow merc in training, and a high ranking merc member. He and his partner were given training with assembling and disassembling a weapon, maintaining a weapon, and most important of all, properly firing a weapon. After that basic training and weapons training, he and his partner were assigned with performing spars with weapons such as sticks, or swords, and various objects. They would also be trained to fight each other in hand to hand combat.
  59.
  60. There were two occasions in particular that sparked the trainer’s interest, the first scenario was with sword vs sword combat, which Night was able to win (by a close draw), and the other occasion being a much more interesting scenario. It happened in broad daylight, outside, They were fighting with their arms and their legs alike, Night wasn’t exactly doing all that well, when Night gets the idea to kick up a pile of dust to hinder his partner’s vision, he takes this chance to deliver a swift punch to his neck, causing him to choke from not only the sand dust, but from being hit directly in the neck, and his partner passes out.
  61.
  62. Later that day Night was at the base, tending to his gear, when the trainer walked in, Night asked what exactly was left with training, the trainer replied that soon they will have a final fight to the death. Of course, Night found this to be completely retarded, and managed to convince him that it would be a very bad idea to waste such good potential. Later that day he secretly watched the trainer, by the looks of it he had an entire box of dynamite sticks, and a map, by the looks of it the map had the title of “SIERRA MADRE” on it, a few days later, the trainer left, never to be seen again. Without people asking for jobs, the Kansas mercs collapsed, and pretty much dissolved.
  63.
  64. Night left the wastes, and reached Nevada, where he resided as a trader for a while. However, as it would seem he had sparked some unwanted attention; a new mercenary corporation arose in Nevada, lead by “Division”, a powerful mercenary, putting even the Blackwater to shame. Vero joined, but there was an issue, Division disliked Night, and in fact tried to kill him at one point, however spared his life at the last moment because Night begged for his life. Night decided it would be best to retire from the merc life, and not sought for joining Division.
  65.
  66. However, he was at a bar one day, when he heard two men talking about Veronica, about how she killed multiple people earlier that day, out of cold blood. It then hit him, that Veronica didn’t have a “one time hallucination”, instead that she was pretty much slowly breaking down, and had to be stopped. Night grabbed his gasmask armor, and his sword, and headed out, knowing he will have to fight his best friend. He climbed to the higher portion of a mountain pass, and looked from there, until suddenly, he heard something, footsteps, he turned, but found nothing there,
  67.
  68. Suddenly, out of nowhere, Veronica charges out of thin air, seeing a stealth boy on he wrist, he raises his sword, managing to block the charge, being knocked back a few feet, getting up. Veronica suddenly disappears, however quickly scrambling up to hit where she was, aiming for her stealth boy. Out of sheer luck, it managed to hit it, damaging it, causing her outline to appear much more vivid, but still hard to see. Night keeps his sword raised, careful of any unsuspecting attack, suddenly the outline of a sword could briefly be seen, as Night quickly goes to block it, however misses, Vero’s sword slicing down his arm, but not too deeply into it. He yells slightly, obviously hurt, kicking at it, completely damaging the stealth boy, disabling the stealth field. They both attempt to attack each other, however they both end up blocking, or countering, until suddenly Veronica lashes out a quick kick, causing Night to slide down, grabbing onto a ledge, barely managing to stop him self from falling to his death.
  69. He attempts to climb back up, but is quickly kicked back down by Vero, has he dangles there a moment, before quickly saying “You won Vero, you finally beat me, your equivalent to you.” Then, for absolutely no reason at all (You can ask Rin yourself if you think I’m bullshitting) she pulls Night back up, and then jumps off the cliff before Night can stop her. Despite the fall normally being fatal, she did not die, due to a passing medical grade Mr. Handy, who quickly took her away and gave her immediate medical assistance. Night did not know this however, and saddened by Vero’s believed death, he left, and proceeded further into Nevada.
  70.
  71. Of course, as fate would have it, Night found Vero again, and they both brought themselves up to speed. Apparently, Vero was in a relationship with Division, but Division left her, so she is saddened. Later that day, Night actually found Division, however he was without armor, or even weapons, he didn’t even have guards, so he pulled his weapon, aiming it at Division. Division quickly looked at Night, and said “I can make you a very wealthy man…” however Night wasn’t quite interested in money this time, he was interested in vengeance, and fired a bullet into his skull, killing him in one shot.
  72.
  73. After that he left the wasteland, and did other things for the span of a year, until he found himself in the mid west, he wasn’t sure how he ended up there, but for some reason he didn’t have his gear, but apparently, according to a note left on him, his gear is back in DC, with his brother, Adam Conor. He met up with a man named Cory, who went by the name CJ, together they formed up a trading caravan, he had many friends there, which is how he learned his training with heavy melee weapons, the story went like this.
  74.
  75. He was at the trade stand, when suddenly two nightkin, who set down a bumper sword. Night manages to settle on 2000 for the bumper sword, due to its very high quality, except there was one issue, he had NO experience with using a bumper sword, in fact he could hardly even lift it. Over the span of two months, he trained to use the bumper sword, eventually learning how to properly use it. Night did have a few enemies however, for example, there was a dog that was owned by a very powerful woman, nicknamed “machete” for her impressive skills with a machete. However, this dog kept attacking Night, one day, Night managed to knock out the dog, so he pulled the dog’s teeth out, and gouged his eyes out. However, one of Machete’s friends spotted him doing this, and fired at him, wounding him badly with a laser RCU and throwing him in a jail cell.
  76.
  77. However, a man walked up to the jail cell, and managed to get Night out, and brought him back to his place to recover. However, this proved to be a double edged sword, because that same man sold Night out to Machete, and Night knew this damn well, so he got all of his gear, gave himself 2 CCs of morphine to numb the pain of his wounds, and used his weapons to break the door open. However the mercs were quickly closing, so he had to escape fast.
  78.
  79. Sadly, he found himself trapped in a building a few miles later, so he was forced to use his bumper sword to smash a big enough hole for him to fit through. This action ended up saving his life, but this broke his bumper sword in the process. He traveled back from Texas to Cali, during this span most of his gear got ruined. He passed by quite a few people during his travels, and made a few friends, most of which he quickly forgot about in the future.
  80.
  81. He managed to get to the town of Antietam, it was a small town at the time, and had flown completely under the radar of any major factions. He decided to skip town and head immediately for scrapping, where he found a large sum of scrap, enough to earn him over 200 caps. Using this money, he bought a crowbar for 90 caps, and after some time, managed to sharpen the bottom part of it to a very sharp point. He kept scrapping and various other jobs until he realized that people in this town need weapons, so he opened up his own crafting shop, except nobody came however, because the Crimson Caravan recently moved into town.
  82.
  83. He used the spare caps he did have to buy a gun, however no ammo, which allowed him to be eligible for enlisting in the Crimson Caravan. He sent in his request, and two weeks later, he was accepted, and taken in. The caravan had few traders, so he was immediately made the role of trader. During this time, he met somebody named James Sullivan, or who would later be known as “Ranger”; they became fast friends, and saved each others asses when needed. He also later found a friend named Lisa, who he found being beaten to death by raiders; he managed to secure her escape, but nearly got killed in the process. However, the two most important friends he met in this are were Niccy, and Jase. Jase and Night’s friendship origins are not exactly 100% known (I can’t remember completely) but it involved Jase being a friend of Lisa, which eventually got Jase and Night to become fast friends. Jase was the adopted father of a girl named ‘Valentine’, who Night was considered the uncle of after a while. This caused their friendship to grow strong, one day; Night listened in on Jase talking with a girl named Nicole (Niccy).
  84.
  85. Niccy is nothing like any other person, however at the time Night didn’t know that. A few days later, Valentine ends up breaking her leg following an accident. After Night fixed her leg injury, he immediately went out to search for Jase, but could not find him, so he went to the second closest thing, Nicole. Night manages to convince Nicole to help Night find Jase. Eventually, they find Jase at the Brotherhood of Steel base, and inform him. On the way back to town, Nicole is injured by a centaur; however Night is able to get Nicole and him back to town alive. After treating her wounds, Night finds out that Nicole is the adopted mother of Valentine. Eventually, as time passes, Valentine is later killed from falling from a 6 story building, this event devastated the trio, but Nicole and Jase felt the pain far greater then Night, now pretty much cold from all the horrible events of his life.
  86.
  87. Months pass, Night and Jase and Nicole are best friends, Night eventually finds out Nicole is a vault dweller with an accidental artificial form of MPD, which makes her switch between Nicole, a soft hearted modified personality made to be a perfect wife, and Niccy, a hardened woman who possesses a very straightforward attitude and treats everybody the way they should be treated. Later, Jase and Nicole end up getting into a relationship, while Night remains their friend. After a long time, Night eventually reaches second in command of the Crimson Caravan in the region of Cali, a much honored role in the Crimson Caravan. However, things eventually went bitter, around the same time Night found Niccy; the NCR had moved into town and taken over town. The NCR were cruel, and were very brutal to those who were against NCR or were deserters of NCR. However, Night, being kind hearted, used his power within the CC to help those who could not be helped by the NCR.
  88.
  89. A long time passes, it is 2281, a truck drives into the town, a red one, filled with troops, a group, known as the RSU, a communist group that did not enforce communism, but lived by it. The RSU had moved into town, with the intent on taking over the town. At first, people had mixed opinions, however later, they established control of Antietam, where they proved they were truly good people, for once in Antietam’s history, they had a dedicated town force that wanted to protect the town. Around this time, Niccy and Jase had broken up, and Niccy had joined the CC, hoping to make some more caps, and Jase had been taken into the Brotherhood of Steel, a rare event that very few have ever witnessed.

  91. Niccy eventually decided to establish a trade relation with the RSU, which ended up being a dramatic success, which also allowed Night, Jase, and Niccy to meet the general of the RSU. As fate would have it, Jase and Niccy would both join the RSU and Niccy would fall in love with the General, while Jase becomes his loyal right hand man. Things ended up being nice and happy, for the second time in Night’s life, he was at peace. A year later, it is 2282, Night is in his office one day, when a gasmasked man walks inside, Night knew right off the bat he was a BoS, because they had met before. He was offered a job to take experimental equipment from a criminal who had been using it for bad intentions. Night accepted, and got others to join in. They reached the criminal, and surrounded him, telling him to drop his weapons and armor.
  92.
  93. Of course, he didn’t comply, and fired at the BoS, Night tried to fire at him, but was out-flanked by a burst of an assault rifle, he fell, wounded, but his friends kept them off his back, while the BoS laid waste to the criminal and his armor. Night was taken to the clinic where his wounds were fixed up. However, while on the hospital bed, he got rid of most of his gear, because he knew the wanted criminal had friends, who were going to kill him, all of a sudden a wounded male walks in. Night proposes the man a deal, that if he can fake being him for the next 24 hours, he can have everything in Night’s satchel. The man agrees, and Night takes his satchel, handing it to the man, knowing most of the gear is burnt or hidden on him.
  94.
  95. Night knows he cannot walk out in the pain he is in, so he takes a medical risk, reaching into his pocket, taking out a syringe of morphine, injecting 6 CCs of morphine, which is double what Night would even consider giving other people. He staggers out the door, barely even able to walk from the effects of morphine. As he walks out, a loud shot is heard coming from the clinic, causing him to quicken his pacing.
  96.
  97. Night got out just in the nick of time, he left the wasteland, where he was headed he didn’t care, he didn’t know what he was going to do, but that didn’t matter to him, he was fucked up on morphine, and glad to be alive. Weeks pass, and he eventually collapses from thirst. Meanwhile, back in Antietam, Niccy had been killed following an assault, the RSU had collapsed, Jase had been rumored killed by the General, and the general also had been rumored to have died from suicide. The only people Night had left were Ranger and a few friends he had met back in Antietam
  98.
  99. Night wakes up again, to find himself on the ground, not sure where he was, he staggers into town, the town was a ghost town, with few people inside. Night found the mayor of the town, named Jason. Jason at first disliked Night’s behavior (Night had lost some of his mental stability from the influx of friends dieing horrible deaths of betrayal). Eventually Night recovered from these psychological tremors, and moved on. One day Night finds a hooded woman inside Jason’s house; she looked familiar to Night, but couldn’t quite figure out why. Night told her to get out of Jason’s house, when she refused, Night attempted to force her out. This caused Night and the woman to engage in a hand to hand spar. The female was far more agile then Night, but Night still managed to hold his own better then most. Eventually Night convinced the woman to leave, which at that point she left town.
  100.
  101.
  102. Night knew the woman was in danger (because most people are when they leave town unarmed) so he followed her from afar, despite lacking any weapons except for his trusty dagger, which he had owned since he was a little boy. As fate would have it, a DEATHCLAW charges out of nowhere, the female barely dodging in time, Night quickly running over. Night attracted the deathclaw’s attention by throwing a rock at it’s skull, thinking it would stun it, but instead it just got REALLY pissed off, charging at Night. Night rolls out of the way, the deathclaw falling to the ground. Night quickly yells for the woman to run, as they both run away from the deathclaw now quickly picking up speed, catching up to the two. The deathclaw quickly leaps for a swipe, grazing the woman’s leg, causing the woman to fall. Night was a good distance away by then, Night stopped, turning back around, he knew if he ran away, he could get away, but no, NO, he wouldn’t allow it, he would refuse to let another person die for his own survival! He charged back, yelling a war cry, as his mind would essentially enter a trance of sorts from the adrenaline and the mental degradation, and pretty much takes over, attempting to stab the deathclaw’s back! He fails to, the deathclaw quickly swiping Night away, but this causes the woman to be let go from the deathclaw. The Deathclaw quickly stomps over to Night, trying to pick him up, but the woman had not forgotten Night’s act of sacrifice, and quickly attempts to jump onto the deathclaw’s back. She fails to do so, but the act of doing it was enough to cause the deathclaw to turn, attempting to swipe the woman.
  103.
  104. Night quickly takes this chance to stab the deathclaw’s tendon, to cause it to lose balance. Night succeeds, as the deathclaw falls over a moment, as the woman and Night again run. Night and the woman get as far as the water silos before the deathclaw runs forward and grabs the woman again. Night knew that if both of them expected to get out alive he needed assistance. So he ran for the water silo, yelling for help. Jason overhears the yelling, and runs over, bringing his friend along. As they raise their weapons, firing at the deathclaw. The deathclaw drops the woman, quickly running away, being they are well out of territory, and didn’t want to get killed over ground that wasn’t even the deathclaw’s. Night quickly helps the woman up, as the four make their way back to town.
  105.
  106. Night heals the leg wound from the woman, as Night soon finds out that the woman’s name was Priestess, who as it turns out, was an Antietam survivor. Night was overjoyed that not all of his friends were dead! However, he sadly had to inform Priestess of the deaths of many of Night’s friends. Priestess was shocked by the news, but eventually moved on. Night eventually became the town’s doctor, and soon after the guardian of the new mayor, a little girl by the name of Eve, who was a very young teenager, about 6-11 years old. Months pass, as Antietam survivors begin to occupy the town. Soon Night finds out many of his friends he had believed had been dead were actually alive, many of these friends including Jase, Ava (Moira’s sister), and quite a few others. Night spent months getting to know Eve, and his old friends, years pass, Night finds many new friends and enemies alike, some incidents kept reminding Night of one particular person; Niccy.
  107.
  108. Night was tormented by the thought of being the only man left alive who knew the password of Niccy’s vault, having recorded it on his terminal back in the days of Antietam. Night knew he had to risk his life, he owed Niccy one final favor, one favor he never got to repay, it was his obligation to find out the truth, to see if there was anybody left who knew Niccy, and who he could inform the news. Night made a 3 week journey from Minnesota to Cali by caravan, Night being an expert at navigation being able to cut the time considerably. When Night arrived into town, he broke into the CC office, and used his old login information to take the password, which went like this: 23417989635b4c. These numbers were the password to enter vault 14, the home of Niccy. Night knew that being the only man left alive with this information; he had to make the journey to vault 14, his cause was worthy, and he was ready.
  109.
  110. Night knew the general location of the vault, but not the exact location (which will not be disclosed here to prevent Meta); the search took 3 days to find the vault. When Night reached the terminal, he entered in the code for the vault door, as the door whirred to life, opening, allowing Night to step inside. Night unholsters his AMT hardballer with mounted flashlight, and puts a filter on his gasmask. It is unknown what ungodly vault experiment Night faced inside, but when he came back out, he was a changed man.
  111.
  112. Night left that vault with a matt black pipboy, oddly coded for him, and a new sense of the world around him. He spent a few more years in Minnesota, facing many dangers and perils along the way. Eventually, he dropped the Night nickname, and used his old nickname, Sierra again. He would wander the wastes, performing various errands, gaining and losing friends, performing acts of vengeance, good deeds, and evil deeds alike.
  113.
  114. As time would go on, Sierra's guns would become too old to use, the ones he could use he retired to his "armory" incase such a need arose. Sierra would forge himself a new blade, his old one having been degraded beyond use, and would repair his leather armor, reinforcing it so that it is a relevant armor once again. After that, Sierra wandered. Some say that Sierra is still wandering to this day, some say he is within this location as we speak...
  115.
  116. (Sorry for the lack of details in this backstory, if you have ANY QUESTIONS for this backstory, just ask, there were so many events in Sierra's life that it'd be impossible to go over every single one without my mind shorting out.)
