Dishonored Any% (yes) Detailed Mana Route

So when learning this game, I noticed there was no updated Mana route that used Void Walker's Arsenal, so I decided to make one. I think there may be a slightly amended route that Heny and Walrus have been using recently, however this is the route that was the most familiar with upon making this, so it's what I went with. The video I referenced is the current 3rd place time by DrTChops (video: https://www.twitch.tv/drtchops/v/72516282). If you are planning on learning the slightly faster route, you are probably already fairly familiar with this route. This is for newer runners (such as myself) in order for them to get more familiar with this. That being said, nothing will help more than getting muscle memory down with practice, this is merely a peripheral resource.

-End with no mana, no potions
-Full mana when wake up
-Buy 10 potions from Piero
-Use 2 blinks getting to Sam

~Campbell~
*Start with 1 blink used, 10 potions*

-3 blinks, use potion has picking up one in guard station (10)
-4 blinks to Light Wall, use potion when taking Whale Oil out of generator (9)
-2 blinks, pick up potion, blink at door once bar regenerates 1 blink (10 pots, 2 blinks used)

-2 blinks, use potion next to trap thing (9)
-4 blinks, use potion while on window ledge (8)
-2 blinks into room, grab potion, slip clip in and out, slip clip OoB, exit door (9)
