Stray receives, at the suggestion of General Lowtide and passed on by King Leo personally, a rifle that was derived from Alterran ( or as they call it, Forgotten ) technology. King Leo tells Stray that though the Alterran sapphire they had presented for Celine was indeed a great treasure, the Forgotten Ones had technology that may have spelled their doom, and though some of their ideas were salvaged and repurposed for Aquastrian usage, he trusted the human turned pony enough to not be overwhelmed by the power as some in their history had when they had fallen to temptation... Though, it does come with a caveat, Leo and Lowtide both request that this technology be respected, perhaps cherished and cared for... But never replicated.
The arcane rifle is magically charged and does not need ammo or to be reloaded and does not have the same fall off effect as traditional ammo, but it only has two settings, Shock and Stun. Shocking deals damage which can be lethal, while Stun delivers a temporary tase or a knock-out (Roll using Ranged. Can shoot at any target even very distant ones as long as your line of sight is clear)

Winged Pendant:
He also gets a winged pendant that could be soldered to be into a pin as well, a gossamer pendant that holds the light that had been made by the same artisan who created his wing guards, infatuated with pegasi and creatures of the sky. When worn the currents around Stray become visible as semi-transparent drifts in the air. Both currents from the wind, and ones from under the sea! Around leylines, Stray would discover, he can also see the magic there, though it has more of a hazy quality compared to how well defined the normal currents are. ( Gives a +1 bonus on Flight rolls and situational bonuses up to +2 to Perception or Dexterity when pathfinding since he can see the natural magic, bonus depends on GM )

It will give you +2 on your Disc of Nature (Weather Pegasi) rolls
