The biggest issue of the board's "laze" is because GG runs on outrage.

We lost our weakest members thanks to shilling drama exhaustion and lack of things to do at that time.

CON is ideal to get the fire up again, but we need to find the highlights that'll make someone who was a burn-out go "WHAT?! Fuck those guys!!" and join in again.

We need more orbiters/warm bodies as you said. However unlike CON- our orbiters aren't dry brains. But they can be lazy. Unless the "offense" is laid out in plain English- and the email address they need to send to is posted- they won't do it.

The "inner circle" needs to do more of the grunt work. Digging, organizing, presenting to the "troops".
