Why do you want to be staff?: I think I should be chosen as a staff member over somebody else because I am a loyal player to the community. Ever since I started on the website I always thought about applying for a position but first I had to step up my game, Getting to know the community as well as getting to understand how tough the position is.

Becoming a member of the team will mean that I will use all my power I have in me to keep the server safe from any people that just want to wreck the community for others, example 'JOIN THIS SERVER: '********' 'SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM' there is many people that would do these things to our community, Which is why I want to put a stop to this.

When I go through the community forums I have seen some very mean and upsetting comments or un-needed content. All that needs to be put to a stop, I have seen some person that I will not say the name of mentioning the 9/11 making a joke about it. I was actually pretty upset about that as I have been upset in the past about the story.

I will also be able to help the community by stopping people from making silly arguments in chat all the time, disturbing the community. I will calm down the situation and not make a big fuss. I will tell them that they have to calm it down in chat before there is any further consequences.

My last reason on why I should be chosen is because I am a loving person (I assume) I'm always there for certain members when they are down for any reasons including family problems, I am there to help with any player reports & ban appeals that are posted on the forums.

What is a Helper/Forum Admin role supposed to do?:A Helper's role is to do exactly what it's title implies -helping other players out. A Helper's main job is not only to be assisting other "higher-up" staff members, but also assisting new players as well as answering any questions possible, both in game and on the forums. Along with this role, Helpers should be expected to watch out for rule-breakers and deal out light punishments and warnings as well as making sure the situation does not get out of hand. Helpers should also have the necessary equipment [e.g a recording software] in order to gather evidence of a rule-breaker or "hacker" in order for them to dish out the necessary punishment. Without evidence, there is no way they can be punished. On to Forum Admin. Forum-Admin is mostly in-charge of Forum updates, Help with donation support, and to prevent any abusers that would like to ruin the community, opinion wise, Players that are looking to do a 'Hacker prevent' towards the website would be a good idea to put the website down for the time being, lets move onto Racists/Disrespect, Mostly one of the strongest hurtful comments that are not needed at all, Towards that, post remove for Racist/disrespectful comments, Racist's should be Temp/Perm banned off the website. Moving on..Forum Admin should be doing Ban appeals, Reviewing every Ban appeal posted and keep them updated. Moving onto Events/News, Forum Admins should be looking to take care of the Events/News thread's for a catch up on the server.

[12:34:53] Kian: Experience within staff?: Yes, I have lots of experience within servers, I mostly deal with configuration and staff applications, also help out with any problems around the server, like... Any abusers I come around, including the Spammers, Hacking (Any sort) , Disrespect etc. My following positions are Helper, Moderator, Admin and Owner. My previous Helper positions weren't the best as I did resign from how un-active the server was. I was mostly online by myself watching the server. By the end it shutdown because of the un-activity as it wasn't a very professional server.

My next position was Moderator, I have previously been moderator on two servers, Which I have also resigned so I can spend more time on the current servers I'm mostly wanting to be active on including Legendwars, My positions as a moderator was a very strict matter to me as I do take my job serious.

Admin, A position that I also take most serious. I was previously admin on another server where he just wanted to me to help him on certain commands. That was my basic job as an admin on that server.

Owner, A position I have been waiting for a long time. The reason why I took down my server is because I want to spend more time on the network if I'm wanting to become a staff member. I really want to help the community in many ways I possibly can. Including helping with any reports on the forums, Current bugs, Abusers etc.
