Staff Procedure and Agreement

1.   Responsibilities and Duties
 1.1 Conduct
All members of staff must always obey by the rules set by the server. They must be punctual and polite at all times. No staff may use profanity or any form of discrimination towards another. Staff members are asked to stay calm under any situation and speak in an appropiate manner.
 1.2 Responding to Mis-Conduct
If a staff member is abused, sworn at or insulted that staff member is advised to remain calm and state the following, "I wish to listen to what you have to say, however, I ask you to be more polite if we shall settle this." Staff members are advised to convince the Player that you are on their side to avoid any incidents. Pyschological tricks can be employed to help ensure that the Player gets what they want and what the rules says.
 1.3 Responding to Lag
The server may sometimes experience lag spikes. Many players may feel the need to declare in chat the lag they are suffering. If every player begins to do this it can cause further issues and simply make matters worse. Simply ask once for everyone to stop, further punishments may need to be employed to help secure the situation. Remember, a player yelling, "LAG," repeatidly is indeed spamming.
 1.4 Responding to Abuse of Power
Some Moderators, Admins and Donators may choose to abuse their power. For example, spawning items to give to other players. This is an immediate offense, Staff are advised to gather as much evidence of what they are doing and report to a higher ranked staff, eg. Owner, Co-Owner or Admin/Head-Admin.
 1.5 Banning/Temp-Banning
No staff member is allowed to ban without proper evidence, eg. Screenshots. If the player in question is to dispute the ban the evidence can be called upon.
 1.5 Kicking
No evidence is required for kicking, as long as it followers the Force Matrix.
2.   Force Matrix
 2.1 Force Level 1.
Force Level 1. is a verbal recognition. Simply saying, "Stop that," is recognisable as a Force Level 1.
Force Level 1. Should be Used When:
⦁ Player is doing low level spamming.
⦁ Player is spamming /tpa
⦁ Player is using CAPs.
2.2 Force Level 2.
Force Level 2. is a /mute. Force Level 2. may be employed if a player is committing a crime in chat. The time spent in /mute is up to you.
Force Level 2. Should be Used When:
⦁ Player is repeatedly using CAPs and ignoring a Force Level 1.
⦁ Player is being annoying or, "trolling," in chat.
2.3 Force Level 3.
Force Level 3. is a /kick.
Force Level 3. Should be Used When:
⦁ A player is Spamming consistantly.
⦁ Player uses profanity in chat.
⦁ Player is mocking or insulting another player.
⦁ Player is being rude to a Member of Staff.
⦁ Player refuses to do as a Member of Staff has instructed them.
2.4 Force Level 4.
Force Level 4. is a /tempban.
Force Level 4. Should be Used When:
⦁ A player is duplicating
⦁ A player is advertising
2.5 Force Level 5.
Force Level 5. is a wipe of all money, items and history.
Force Level 5. Should be Used When:
⦁ A player is duplicating
⦁ A player is using economy glitches
2.6 Force Level 6.
Force Level 6. is a /ban.
Force Level 6. Should be Used When:
⦁ A player is being racist or any other ist or ism.
