[21:54] * @Sal heads upstairs. Huh.
[21:54] <Maelthra_> At the top of the stairs is a cramped bedroom, the A frame of the house forming it's walls. There's only a bed and a bureau... and a rocking chair. In the rocking chair sits a raven-haired, blue-eyed young woman, rocking back and forth. As you get closer, you can tell she's muttering to herself.
[21:55] * Serena pulls out the picture and compares it.
[21:56] <Serena> "Lady Victoria Alvarez?" she asks softly.
[21:57] <Maelthra_> She doesn't answer. She also doesn't look at you, and instead continues staring at the wall behind you, through you if necessary.
[21:57] <Atzash> "Oh dear.  Something wrong in the mind."
[21:57] * Serena looks to the others.  "Well, it looks like her."
[21:59] <@Sal> "...Hm. Enchantment or something else?"
[21:59] <Atzash> "Could be.  We'll have to ask Mr. Redwall whether healers have taken a look at her."
[22:01] * Atzash says a few things to see if she reacts.  "Tarmon.  Prendag.  Eduardo Basilica.  Serpent."  After a moment's hesitation, "Yellow--" and stops.  Not that.
[22:02] <Maelthra_> She suddenly grabs Atzash's arm. Her voice is a raspy whisper. "Do you see the snakes? THey're on my walls. I think. THey might be in my head."
[22:02] <Maelthra_> THen she's back to muttering.
[22:02] <@Sal> "...This is creepy."
[22:04] <@Sal> He looks into the girl's eyes. "Is this another Dark Empire thing?"

[22:06] * Atzash takes her hand gently where she grabbed him.  "We will keep you safe.  Inside and out."
[22:09] * Atzash listens intently to the muttering.  Probably nothing coherent yet, but perhaps clues for later.
[22:11] <Maelthra_> There's not a lot more that she says that makes any sense, but she mutters the name Annabelle several times.
