Ok so here are the details to the plugin:

So we have obsidian destroyer enabled and it takes 15 hits to break bedrock above y5. We need you to create an item called vTNT which can be spawned in by using the command /vTNT (amount) and you would need the permission node vtnt.use. vTNT will be able to break bedrock in 1 hit rather than 15 hits with regular tnt

I would like vTNT to be able to be crafted using vGunpowder. Regular TNT would be placed in the middle and vGunpowder will be placed all around it in the crafting table.

Like vTNT vGunpowder can be spawned in using /vGunpowder (amount) and the permission node vgunpowder.use

Now the way you would get vgunpowder is via creeper spawners. I would like you to make it so creepers that come out of spawners have a 1% chance to drop vGunpowder.
