Dear Maureen,

The recent change in the mail service at residence has become a significant issue for us living here.

We had no problems with the way mail has been delivered before the change. This new system has become a burden on us. Especially for letters and envelopes that are usually delivered to our mailboxes at the LRH building.

This issue does affect our living condition and quality of service we expect from residences. My hope is that you consider a solution for this issue soon.
