48 Hour Marathon

48 Hour Marathon Challenge/ Donation Drive on Twitch.tv/iateyourpie

My first ever streaming experience happened with a close to 24 hour blind run of Kid Chameleon on Peaches stream back in July of 2012.  I've done a lot of crazy streams and challenges on my stream since then, including multiple 24+ streams, but I'm going to try and outdo myself one more time.

On Monday June 2nd, starting at 1 PM EST, I will be attempting to stream for 48 hours consecutively till Wednesday at 1 PM EST. While this is by no means a guarantee, I will do my best until my body says no. For this 48 hour marathon I will be attempting to beat N64 and Game Cube Zelda games (Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, Wind Waker, and Twilight Princess) in that amount of time. Which creates a double challenge, streaming for 48 hours, as well as beating all of them in 48 hours.
At the moment I do not run any of the games, but plan on learning Any% Oot Glitchless for the marathon. Everything else will be pretty bare bones strats.

During this 48 hour stream I will also be raising $1000 for SGDQ + A New Laptop. I received enough money from the Collectathon to cover my plane tickets, so I'll be raising another $400 for the hotel, food, registration and misc expenses. The other 600 will cover a new laptop. I stream from an average desktop, but I plan on travelling a lot in the summer and want to be able to stream on the go where I am.  One of the goals of the new laptop is to have a Daily SGDQ recap stream while at SGDQ. $600 will allow me to buy a good laptop for mobile streaming. Any Extra Money raised after that will go toward my Summer Trip to Cali, and Donations toward SGDQ (I'm shooting for 1,000 as the main goal, if you guys are generous enough after that I am very greatful)

Every Marathon I do some sort of Twitter Contest to help promote my stream, this stream will be no different.  While I realize not everyone can donate, a great way to spread word about the marathon is to RT about the stream.
