Direct x problem

Hello, i've been having problems recently with directx. Everytime i try to launch steam games, it runs through the first time setup with directx and then after that has happened, an error with direct x - bad image shows up. It says that the xaudio2_6.dll is not working properly. "Please try to re install". So i tried re installing but i get an internal error that shows the same message as when trying to run the steam games. I am running directx and the particular games i'm playing are csgo and skyrim. Can anyone help? I cant re install direct x. Failed installation happens every time.

My graphics card is the geforce gtx 650 ti, and the cpu is intel core i7-2600s cpu @ 2.80GHz if its relevant. Running windows 7 64 bit and the direct x version is 11.
