Raelgil's Apex Description

Before you stands a Male Kobold of decent height, standing a proud 3 feet tall. He is currently dressed in rather bland but serviceable scholarly wear with an armored sash wrapped around his chest and a morningstar upon his hip. Upon his back you see he has a pair of vibrantly beautiful rainbow wings that are both feathered and scaled, contrasting sharply with his silver scales everywhere else. Between his wings you also see his backpack and small light crossbow. On the shoulder of his clothes sits a small scorpion perched there gently, and weirdly above his emerald green eyes you can see he has vibrant rainbow hair, something kobolds definitely don't normally have. Last but not least he has pouches on a belt around his waist.
