  1. So might as well mention that “There are mysteries, but there aren't things like locked rooms or red truth alibi wrangling or impossible crimes or whatever.” Almost put me off reading this is the first place but I ended up anyway.
  2. That being said I did tend to skim most of the magic scenes, at least in the 1986 segments.
  3. Regardless from what I remember I guess I make some points of what stood out.
  4.
  5. -The effect with the magic circles moving the background
  6. Not much to say besides that I liked it
  7.
  8. -Natsuhi’s dream chapter.
  9. I thought this was really creative. Did not expect something like that in the least
  10.
  11. -The overall story for 1996
  12. I liked the concept a lot actually, however I expected the 1986 forgery to match this and expected them to all be cosplaying on the island or something weird like that. That and I felt what we were shown wasn’t really tied into the forgery that much at all. Well unless I didn’t read into that much(which I imagine I did not). At one point I thought the Summoner was the Cass person or whatever.

  14. -1986 story
  15. Ehhhh. Lots of magic scenes. Even in most fangames I tend to skim those. They usually don’t interest me. I am like that Karl guy(I think that was the one), just not retarded. Although I did enjoy the humour that I did manage to see.
  16.
  17. Teaparty and Coffee break
  18. To be honest I enjoyed these sections more than all the rest. Maybe because it was more up my alley or something. I also enjoyed the bits of humour in these sections quite a lot as well. Sarah’s name and the cape esp.
  19.
  20. -????
  21. This one was kinda iffy. I laughed when I saw the future scene, but I was mostly bored with Sarah’s backstory and whatever she was saying. I fairly enjoyed the fight between Dlanor and Andy. May have even been the highlight imo. Using aristotle’s rules for a tragedy was great. And Dlanor crushing the fragment like nothing was cool. Her using Van Dine felt off though. As for the very end I enjoyed seeing the follow up with the detective. The notion that one was left behind on the plane and the gender wasn’t mentioned was interesting. I’m just guessing that was the author of the forgery.
  22.
  23. -Mystery?
  24. I don’t think I should even comment on this, but I’ll say this; the hints were well placed. Almost everything Battler had brought up I took note of as strange during the story.
  25.
  26. -Andy
  27. You know I still don’t really care for the guy as a character, however I liked detail and facts about him. Like the blood and stuff like that. It was like he was a puzzle in itself.
  28.
  29. -Mystery and culprit general
  30. I guess the last point I can remember atm would be the insight to Guilt and mysteries that you put in between scenes there. While nothing really stood out it as new to me it was nice to see those written up from someone else’s perspective. While I liked those more so the themes of redemption and such were interesting as well to say the least.
  31.
  32. That is about all I have to say without being prompted with more questions. Twas interesting, although I would have much rather read/played a shameless rip off of Kinjo’s Ep3 since those are more like /gameboard/ games.
