[zeta and ranser grow up together, as per normal, get married as childhood sweethearts. ranser joins up with the army with the intention of trying to make the world safer for zeta and the family they want to start, zeta is extremely unhappy about this. zeta and fevrain met in 2072 when fevrain was spying on a robotics company zeta was doing law work for. took up drinking together, fevrain hit on her, she flatly turned him down, they continue to have chemistry. ranser comes home, joins them for drinks, more chemistry happens. the three of them eventually fall into bed together one night, everyone expecting it to be a one-time thing. fevrain eventually tells zeta the truth about the espionage to test how she'd react; she chooses not to turn him in. their relationship becomes permanent, fevrain considers going straight-ish for the sake of the family. when zeta gets pregnant, they aren't sure who shaun's biological father is. fallout 4 begins as per normal, with bonus fevrain getting a spot in the vault. when zeta leaves cryostasis, she thinks fevrain is dead, too. the railroad has been watching the vault as per canon, sarrith and henzel come in to check on it after zeta leaves, rescues fevrain as he's dying. they stay there so he has a safe place to recover. he goes with them back to railroad hq in order to use their resources to find zeta.]
