i'd believe it if someone could explain how it's believable

    Usernames may not impersonate a recognized user (a user with %, @, &, or ~ next to their name).
    Usernames may not be derogatory or insulting in nature, to an individual or group (insulting yourself is okay as long as it's not too serious).
    Usernames may not directly reference sexual activity, or be excessively disgusting.

apparently the name "okay fuck this" is against these three rules
