preferable you have things like elf lords with damacus chield for high evade and go for the magic casters first.

do not bring healers there, bring all offensive range units with counter III and healing pots, , go for the swordman last after you kill all those casters, best is 3 hit 1 down.

nope, for 3rd job units, no need to be 5 star to job up, but make it have very good stats cos those 3rd job proofs are tough to get.
