Outrage Bait Embargo

An indefinite embargo has been placed on "outrage bait" links.  In this context, "outrage bait" means content that serves no purpose beyond giving people something to be angry over.  For example, posting an article about a known dickweed of a politician saying something dickish counts as outrage bait, UNLESS you are posting it as a case study for writing dickweed politicians, or in some other regard relevant to writing fiction.

Although springhole.net tries to be sympathetic toward good causes, it is at its core a site focused on creativity, not politics, and posting outrage bait is not in that spirit.
