Sorry about that - I meant to mention before that we have this bug documented in our internal bug reporting system. We've put a pretty high priority on it, so we hope it is fixed soon. We don't typically keep support tickets open if the bug documentation is open in our system.

Anyways, this problem is caused by Run devices such as the Garmin 110 which only record files tagged as Runs. So when uploaded to Strava, for a brief time each upload is a run, and the bug arises when the activity type is changed to Ride and the process does not fully complete, thus the messed up profile stats for run.
