A budding entrepreneur called them out to rid the abandoned factory he bought of a particularly loathesome pest. It has taken to assembling a veritable fortress for itself within and lashes out at attacks with powerful electrical force!

  19. [23:14] <castfromhp> Kuji has probably noticed on the way here that all the buildings and streetlights in the vicinity of the factory are pitch black. In contrast, the factory itself is a visual cacophony of epilepsy-inducing lights, flashing all sorts of different colors out the windows. It's pretty damn obnoxious.

  21. [23:15] <castfromhp> (And a quick note on the map everyone! The boxes are all 5x5 meters. All movement is simply from box to box, so all that matters for range and movement is 5 meter increments. Round down)

  27. 06[23:17] * Rachel pouts at the visual assault. "What a mess, no sense of balance or flow whatsoever. Lemme at whoever's behind this so I can set them straight!"
  28. 06[23:18] * Kuji nods and steps forward, walking towards the factory.
  29. [23:18] <castfromhp> It's clear from the entrance of the factory that many machines were disasembled and hasily cobbled together to make a mess of a hallway. Various metal panels and metal colums form a makeshift hallway leading to a central room in the factory from which all the lights and sound seem to emanate.
  30. [23:19] <Rachel> "Come on, let's find whoever's in charge and show them how to put on a REAL light show!"
  31. [23:19] <Ryuu> "We need to be careful, seeing how whatever is in there could easily repel anyone trying to get in..." Ryuu said, adjusting the sleeves of his jacket and noting what to avoid.
  32. [23:19] <castfromhp> You swear some of these don't belong in a factory of this sort at all. They have spikes and other nasty looking bits.
  33. 06[23:19] * Rachel and gang take off enthusiastically
  34. 06[23:19] * Kuji walks around the spikes, grunting at every one.

  36. [23:20] <Reinhard> The two green dragons seem a little more busy snapping at each other and trying to get ahead than really regarding the scenery.
  37. 06[23:20] * Ryuu and Hataro follows from behind, making sure whatever is in the factory doesn't take them from behind.
  38. [23:21] <castfromhp> Rachel bounds into an open room, dimmed slightly, with crude disco balls dangling from the ceiling, assembled from lamps and other lighting fixtures. The floor is plain plate metal. Sitting in the back corner seems to be a turntable hooked up to two large speakers, the clear source of the WUB WUB. A booming voice rings out in her head. <ARE YOU HERE FOR THE PAHRTY?>

  51. [23:24] <castfromhp> Within a few seconds the form stabilizes, forming into a Claydol, but one unlike any you've seen before. Its usual coloration is replaced by an amalgam of pink and blue, and it seems to alternate between a sharp polygonal form and a smoother mesh form.

  54. [23:24] <Ryuu> "Telepathy, that can't be good..." Ryuu remarked as he followed into the room, shielding his eyes from the flashing light. Hataro covers his ears, shielding them from loud noise.
  55. [23:25] <Ryuu> "And that, is not a normal claydol at all...." he adds, noting the differences from a normal claydol.
