- Beard: something that hasn't really been discussed is how the players are going to defeat some kings at lower levels, but that's a question for some other time i suppose

- Yako: Hm....so, characters need to travel typically by land, and need to have goals that aren't tied to any specific area.
- Nobody Important (GM): Gonna monologue for ~2 minutes, then we're starting.
- Killing some kings early is going to be impossible.
- Jafar, Facilier, Frollo, etc have too many political ties and magic.
- Maleficent isn't going to go down just because you hit her with a rocket launcher because MAGIC, etc.
- Others, like alameda Slim and Cutler Beckett, are really just people who are very vulnerable to a case of 'caught the deads'
- Those are the Kings that most players will cut their teeth on defeating first.
- Nobody Important (GM): In fact, Alameda slim is like, the perfect one since all he's really got going for him is a brontosaurus mount and a buncha outlaws.
- Jermiah Tombill: But it's probably not a good idea to kill those guys, is it?

- For example if, If you take down Slim, facillier and tzekal khan can now easily exploit the people living in the west

- Sverd: Sverd is hazing in and out of consciousness and struggling to stay awake.

- Nobody Important (GM): He grunts, and shoves Bart towards the portcullis. "Get moving. Two minutes to start, and you'll want weapons in hand trust me."
- You move towards the gate, and the portcullis winds itself upwards with a heavy clanking.
- A sandy ring awaits, a mockery of the famous Colosseum of Rome. Thousands of dirty peasants cheer and occasionally throw vegetables and fruits as you file out into the ring.
- Your weapons are tossed onto the ground by some guards along the edge, and it takes you mere moments to retrieve them.
- In a darkened booth covered with curtains, you're fairly sure you can see the King of this ravaged land.
- Of course, it could just be one of his... agents, portraying him to ward off assassins.
- Nobody Important (GM): Why a god fears assassins is anyone's guess.

- You've got your weapons and armor if you have any. The ring is a hundred feet across and perfectly ciruclar.

- Sverd: Sverd jolts out of whatever stupor he was in as a carrot hits him in the eye. He's around the middle.

- Jeremiah tips his hat to Sverd and the rest of the party

- Sverd: Sverd rubs his eye, slightly irritatated from being jabbed with a carrot moments earlier. "I'm fine, I'm fine!" Looking around to get his bearings, he snatches up his aging sword from the nearby ground.
- Jermiah Tombill: "Whoo wee, that was a while back now..in all of the burned halls of hell, I have no clue. But I reckon we don't have much time for talkin"
- Nobody Important (GM): ((Okay, so as a rundown we have Sverd, Jeremiah, Bart, and the Black Knight here as players, right?))

- Jermiah Tombill: He quickly loads his pistols, and pulls up his bandanna across his mouth

- Nobody Important (GM): A voice booms out across the arena -- the source is an excited and exciteable looking-man on an overhang over the arena. "Ladies and gentlemen! Let's get right to business and skip the pleasantries! You came here to see blood, and we're gonna give it to ya!"
- The center of the ring slowly drops out -- roughly a fifteen foot space -- as you scramble back and an elevator begins winding it's way up.
- A shimmering light surrounds the enormous thing, a box enclosing it that drops away when it reaches the top of the lift.
- It's a giant skeleton, roughly 15 feet tall.
- It has four arms, and is wearing a tin helmet.
- Beard: [rattling intensifies]
- Black Knight: "Not this shit again....."
- Sverd: Sverd has nothing to say.

- Sverd: Sverd continues gesturing impressively at the crowd for a couple more seconds, and then lays down against the side of the Colosseum.

- Nobody Important (GM): "Oh, fine, fine. Keep in mind that your soul is still mine when you die."
- Hades waves a hand, and Jeremiah's fire goes out before Hades turns back and disappears... somewhere.
- A disembodied voice speaks. "Third door on the left is the fire escape. I'd recommend that one. Main exit's packed right now."
- Bart: "HA! Joke's on him! I'm a pirate, I'm already bound for da Locker!"
- Sarge: So Villains, strong enough or too weak?
- Nobody Important (GM): MR BONES kinda diied like a bitch
- Bart: Acceptable i think
- Beard: hard to judge with 2 minibosses back-to-back with no mooks involved
- Nobody Important (GM): Hydra was good but we need to drop it's Prevent Harm by a bit, they were only hitting it due to stacking a specific Strong Guy power.
- Sverd: They're beatable at on-a-roll, Hydra was much stronker than Skeleton, and only really beatable with strong willpower powers.

- If we hadn't found out Mr. Bones weak point, it would have been one wild ride
- Sarge: I should buff up the weak spot's robustness then
- Sverd: I'm going to let out all my unfulfilled roleplay desires from this session via two-hour campfire talks in the actual campaign. And you're all going to have to suffer through it.

- I did, because they succeeded on a TN25 Insight roll to tell that wearing a helmet without protecting something is rather stupid.

- Sverd: I think this was a good confirmation that Villains are at an acceptable level, though.
- Nobody Important (GM): Yeah, looks good.
- Sverd: They're not impossibly difficult, but no pushovers.
- Nobody Important (GM): Other than Mr Bones' weakspot being TOO weak.
- Sarge: Now imagine fighting both at the same time
- Nobody Important (GM): Most of them will have a pile of mooks/lackeys too.
- Jermiah Tombill: We also learned you don't fuck with hades unless your at a Hero level
- Bart: "You owe me big time, westy. That's at least twenty vodkas of debt right there."
- Jermiah Tombill: "Well, its the least I could do, with you savin my life and all"
