  1. How much the GIRL grasps the whole situation? Well, obviously enough to know she really, really doesn't like it and has asked him to stop and he hasn't and has asked him again and he still hasn't and he continues to NOT STOP even when adults have asked him to stop. What is there for the girl to "grasp" in all this that she is not "getting"? What is wrong with people? This is a clear-cut issue of teaching a child to respect others, and this child is WELL over the threshold developmental age to fully be able to cmprehend and implement that lesson. Unless, of course, he has parents who manufacture all kinds of specious rationalizations and justifications for his obnoxious, repeated, intrusive, bullying and sexually oriented behavior. Yes, sexually. He isn't punching her in the arm, after all. He's KISSING her. That doesn't mean he fully understands sex, but it sure as hell means he is putting his aggressive behavior into the arena of trying to force attention and physical contact of an intimate nature on an unwilling participant. It may be budding and juvenile sexual behavior, but it is still sexual behavior. IMHO, of course.

  9. "After they got in trouble, one boy stopped but the other boy apparently didn't get it," she stated. "I had to put restrictions on her about which she was allowed to be around at school. I've had to coach her about what to do when you don't want someone touching you, but they won't stop.""
