DARK SECRET
Insanity?  I'm not sure what category.
Has dreams every new moon about eating and the living and the dead.  Always extremely intense and vivid, she can feel pain as if it were real, and she always remembers them clearly and completely.
Sometimes, the dead are swarming the living, and they scream as their eaten alive.
Other times, the living are eating the dead.  Sometimes just tearing into them like zombies, but other times they're armed with butcher knives and utensils; pans, kettles, fire, seasoning, salt and spices - once, she even had a fancy aristocrat-y party, with exquisitely prepared people being served.
Sometimes it's the living eating the living.  Sometimes the die because of the wounds they take - other times, they're immortal, and no matter how little of them there is left, they don't die.
Other times, it's literally a field of unmoving dead, each other's flesh in their mouths.  Nothing moves, nothing happens, and Rebecca can only behold the scene - can't wake up - until the dream decides to let her go.
Sometimes, she's among the living - but just as often she's a corpse, moving or unmoving.
