  1. She opens her eyes. Nothing is there. Only a path. A path that goes straight. Everything around is dark and nothing exists. She stands there quietly, slowly observing where she was. She looks down to see that she is wearing a long white gown that is seems transparent but yet white. After standing there for a while, she decides to follow the path that shines dimly. As she’s walking she feels as if there is something near by. She looks around yet there is nothing there. Then she heard a voice, “So you are here in the Land of the End.” Quickly turning around looking for the voice, it spoke again, “Why are you not afraid? Many people would fear a voice that they cannot see from whom it is coming from.” She looked around. Nothing. She waited, but soon became tired and moved on on the path.

  4. It seemed like many hours had passed when she first started walking on the path. She became tired and sat down to rest. She closed her eyes and went to sleep. Soon, a strange feeling came over her. Opening her eyes, she sees someone staring at her. It was a male. Standing there. He had blue eyes, black hair, and a solemn face that didn’t show any kind of emotion. He then spoke quietly, “You must get up and move on. The time is near.” He put out his hand for her to grab. She grabbed his hand and helped her get up. She continued to look at his face. She knew… she knew that his face was familiar. She suddenly became frustrated because his face seemed so familiar but why couldn’t she remember? Without warning, she was being pulled away by him.
  5. As they were walking, she soon saw something bright. There was an arch. As they came closer, the faster he would walk and the harder he would pull.

  8. Standing in front of the arch, he looked at her and said, “This is where you must go alone. I cannot go any further to help you.” She opened her mouth to protest. She wanted to ask so many question like why does he seem so familiar, why is he here, and why is he helping her? But he interrupted her, “I’m sorry, you probably do have many unanswered questions. There is not much time as they are coming after you.” He suddenly pushes her through the arch and she felt her surroundings becoming warm. She then sees that she is in a field. A field that was beautiful. The beauty that no one could have ever seen. She looks back to see him standing there quietly. Her eyes widen, the arch is becoming smaller yet he is standing there not moving. She sees him smile. A smile that she recognized. The smile of that precious person she had once lost. The warm smile that made her smile when she was down, the smile that gave her joy when she most needed it.
  9. She quickly tried to reach out to him through the arch but there was a barrier. Tears started to fall, as she desperately hit the barrier with her might. She looks up to see him still smiling. “Your time is not over yet. Don’t worry, I’m not going to disappear forever. I’ll be waiting. I’m glad I got to see you again within my years of staying here. Hey… don’t cry, smile like you did with me. I love you.”

  11. The arch closed and now she was in the field, with the arch nowhere to be found. She sat there crying, remembering what she had lost. Time passed and she realized that standing there was doing nothing. She got up and started walking at a random direction. She soon found herself in front of another arch. This time, it was white and she could not see what was behind it. She walked through it and it became bright. She opened her eyes and she found herself in a bed. It was her bed. She sat up, trying to make sure it was not a dream. After a while, she finally got out and walk towards the door to exit her room. She noticed something in the corner of her eyes. It was a picture frame. A picture of her and the precious person she held dear to her heart. But there was another item that was not there before. A flower that was a cherry blossom. She recognized it as it was the same one, in the field she was in. She stared at it, then she smiled. She turned around to her mother call for her. She walked to her door, looked back at the picture one last time, and opened the door leaving the picture and the flower that sat there under the sunlight.
