Server Improvements:
1. MOTD Needs Refining:
	- Poor Organization
	- Extremely vague descriptions

2. Staff Handbook:
	- Like a staff starter guide
	- Should contain chain of command, descriptions of roles, and how to act within the community setting.

3. Expand donator perks

4. Job expansion and variability:
	- Give thiefs lockpicks, hackers keypad crackers, thugs pistols, etc.

5. More weapons under the gun dealer as well as singles instead of just shipments.

6. Ability to buy health and armor.

7. More/better money printers.
	These are easy to code good versions of hell I could easily do it.
