[b]Complaint description[/b]: Contesting a character kill.

Introdutory note for context: A couple of weeks ago my character and a few others got a contract to kill James Lyon. We

assaulted the keep and KO'd like 12 people and CK'd James Lyon, this caused him to be super mad and it was voided in the

end, but not forgotten. I'm not contesting that void, I'm just pointing that Hani hates my character OOCly because I did

that.

Now, my character had no other contact with James Lyon except that voided scene.

It was about 3 AM and the server had something like 25 players.

It all started when I was right outside Riverdale, two Gaines guards and James Lyon were present, just chatting. I approach

and  /walk and do a full circle around the two guards, one kicks me and tells me to stop, I stop and approach two nordic

slavegirls, I literally only say "Hej" and she punches me in the face. James Lyon tells them to arrest me and they do. I

don't resist and comply with everything.

Looking at guards and getting punched by a girl suddenly becomes "causing a public disturbance".

Here you can see James Lyon being corrupt and twisting the truth already for no apparent reason. Wanting to brand me and

sell me to slavery for 'looking' at guards.

Here you can see him already lying OOCly. Now I'm not sure if he actually believes this or not, but I did stop 'looking'

after being told to stop. He's still OOC lying right there.

James Lyon gave me 100 coins and RELEASED me after with no sanctions. Now at this point, I'm starting to feel targetted

OOCly just because of the voided scene where I killed him. Regardless, I move on with my RP.

I meet up with Aethelred and he wants to free the two nordic slaves from the Gaines, I persuade him into not doing so. We

meet with one of the slave owners (scorpion, Mark_Collins) and he says he's going to release the slave (the girl who

punched me, Sofyia_Somethingski).
A douzen minutes pass, Aethelred and I find these two again just outside the camp with the river tunnels. Aethelred

confronts him, wondering why she's not released. Mark insults me. The slavegirl jumps and punches at me, then proceeds to

run. The scorpion guy doesn't really react to it, but I TACKLE him because he insulted me, then I stand up and leave him

there with Aethelred. The slave girl runs back to Riverdale and her owners. Aethelred and Mark go to Riverdale as well. I

go to the old Valance manor and serve some wine to get my health up because I got punched and lost HP. Then I go to the

Concard keep (a safe place for my character, surrounded by friendly Concards and the Nords very close) and I LOG OFF

because it's 4 AM and I'd like to sleep. (it's been like 20 minutes since I tackled Mark Collins at this instant)

FIRST COMPLICATION ARISES (GET ON OR BE BANNED ISSUE)

As soon as I log off the game, I'm messaged to get back online since I'm apparently being hunted. I protest against it,

telling them to just try the next day and I refuse to log on since I'm quite tired.

Then, I am threatened with a PERMBAN if I don't log in. (is this legit? you can just ban people if they don't log in?)

Under that threat, I log in. There's 20 players online and 12 of them are Gaines. I ask how long do I have to stay on for.

Some guy answers 4 hours (a joke, I suppose), no clear answers from an admin. I don't really feel like wasting my time at

this point and tell James to just come to Concard keep to get it over with as soon as possible. They march in the Concard

keep with 5 men and immediately proceed to arrest me.

SECOND COMPLICATION ARISES (THE 5 GUARDS ONLINE POSSIBLE RULEBREAK AND THE FACT ALL NORDS AND CONCARDS WEREN'T ONLINE)

I protest, saying that there would be Concard guards in the city (and nords nearby) that would not allow them to do so.

They insist that they have very good relations with the Concards and they're allowed to arrest in each other's lands, which

I honestly doubt. Now, even though I could've argued that the Concards would still aid me, I was tired and decided not to

and just move on with it. (Oh they even got a random Concard recruit online I didn't know to get online and allow them to

arrest me). People around me were asking why I was making such a big deal of it and that "it isn't like you're going to get

CK'd or anything...", as ironic as that sounds.

I moved on with it, got arrested, didn't resist, complied with every demand.

MAJOR COMPLICATION ARISES (LYING TO ADMINS IN A TICKET TO GET A CK)

The first two that were listed were kind of minor compared to this one.
I was asked if I accepted CK after being taken to Riverdale. I said no. This happened, no trial, no nothing.

I wait more 40 minutes until the ticket is eventually approved. I ask by who, he says Duchess, Corvus and Guts. I find that

interesting. I ask him why exactly I was CK'd.

And here's the funny part, Hani links this:
Hani: 1) Being arrested multiple times
2) Refusing to give over his weapon multiple times
3) Causing two fights in the city today alone
4) Causing trouble with the guard by making it seem as if he would attack them
5) Assaulting a Scorpion who had a slave, and freed the slave.
6) Fleeing to the Concards. Because he hoped they would shelter him as a fugitive. Trying to cause shit between Gaines and

Concards

This is the ticket apparently. Now I'll go through every reason and explain what really happened.
"1) Being arrested multiple times"
This is not false, I suppose. I was arrested twice, once for 'looking' at guards and arrested again for tackling a scorpion

as is explained with detail above.
"2) Refusing to give over his weapon multiple times"
FALSE. My character always complied with his orders.
"3) Causing two fights in the city today alone"
FALSE. My character didn't cause any fight. There was a small conflict and one or two insults thrown between two nords,

which was over very quickly (pretty sure it wasn't even on that day as well). I doubt that really adds up to the CK.
"4) Causing trouble with the guard by making it seem as if he would attack them"
FALSE. No idea where he got that idea from.
"5) Assaulting a Scorpion who had a slave, and freed the slave."
'tackling' a person once counts as assault, so I suppose. I didn't free any slave, that is false.
"6) Fleeing to the Concards. Because he hoped they would shelter him as a fugitive. Trying to cause shit between Gaines and

Concards"
FALSE. My character didn't know he was a fugitive when he went to Concards, he didn't flee there. He didn't try to cause

shit either because there were no Concards online. My character said nothing about the Concards helping him IC either. No

idea where he got it from.
"7) Being a nordsman who just KEEPS causing shit."
Because looking at guards and tackling some guy once is a CK reason now.


Hani gave 7 reasons, he lied in 5 of them. Shouldn't this be a punishable matter?
These were the two where he didn't lie, but are still far from the truth.
1) Being arrested multiple times (arrested twice, once for 'looking' at guards and then again for tackling a scorpion)

especially since I complied with everything)

Conclusion: It's quite obvious he lied in the ticket to get a reason to CK my character, probably because he holds a grudge

that I CK'd him in that voided scene. Styng didn't do anything that warrants a CK, sure, I'll accept an arrest and a fine

for 'tackling', call it assault and warn me not to do it again.
Requesting my CK to be voided, I'll accept being in Gaines cell for minor assault instead of being dead.
