YOU'RE A WIZARD [WORKING TITLE]

LOGLINE: 40 Year-old Virgin meets The Sorcerer's Apprentice. Upon turning 30, a hikikomori wakes up to discover he has become a wizard, thrust into a secret struggle for total domination in which he can finally tip the scales of power and end the centuries old conflict; however, in order to keep his magic powers, he's got to remain a virgin; but 30 years of sexual frustration has him concerned with more important things, the least of which is saving the world.
SYNOPSIS:

"Hikikomori" is a term used to identify a sub-set of young-adults who are socially withdrawn, preferring a reclusive at home life-style. A well known jest is that if you turn 30 without having sex, you'll become a wizard.

Social recluse Dave is depressed over the fact he has just turned 30 and has never had sex. On the night of his thirtieth birthday, his home burns to the ground, along with all of his possessions. While he feels his life can’t get any worse, he is shocked to discover himself being seduced by succubi, but he is saved in the nick-of-time by a beautiful sorceress.

The Sorceress takes Dave back to her clan where he learns; there is in fact a world of wizardry hidden from human sight, and that his long standing virginity has imbued him with overwhelming magic, which he can use to become a powerful wizard, but only for as long as he remains a virgin. A magical conflict then revealed to be looming in the coming days, and it will rip the city asunder, and there are forces that will benefit from this, but this clan will not be one of them.

As a hikikomori, Dave is reluctant to involve himself, but is faced with making a choice: Run away and live, do nothing and die a virgin, live as a wizard and remain a virgin, or risk his life to try and prevent the cataclysm for the chance to maybe lose his virginity at some point in the future--should he survive the danger.

With great apprehension, Dave chooses to fight to save the city. Partnered with the Sorceress, a handsome brawler who swears to protect Dave’s chastity, and a sultry harlot who specializes in “wizard assassination,” they race against time to find and destroy the magical totems that evil forces are using to bring about ruin.

As Dave completes his task, greater and greater danger confronts at every turn by physical and magical means; yet most the bewilderingly dangers he faces are the titillations of sexual release, of which he has never had so many opportunities in his life.
