  4. We tend to keep our company organized and that is why the payout are splitted to levels. And when there is big volume of payout requests which are hard to be handled even by the system, the highest levels get priority for payout, which the others are pedning for some time and waiting for they turn.

  6. That however does not mean that they won't be paid, just there will be some delay on them because of the priority on the the other transactions.

  36. I am aware that you want to speed it up, but please be aware that it will take some time as notified earlier. And please confirm, you wanted a payout not a cancellation for return of BTC, right?

  38. Currently payout levels are over 7.1 BTC and under 1.1 BTC for clearing out the smallest transaction. Soon the under level will be closed again, so only the 7.1 level will stay.

  40. We are making the minimum payout level to be 0.5 instead of 0.1. We expect that to speed up our work.

  66. Our intention is not to make any kind of profit with abuse of your transaction. Since we did not completed the payout in the given time-frame of 3 hours, the old price won't be used for your payout. The current price when the payout will be done will be valid. For example - the current payout level is 8.4 btc and if reached the payout will be done in 3 hours with the current market price. Or when your turn comes for payout - the given price at that time will be used for payout. So you do not need to worry about using the old lower price.

  68. However we are not able to speed up a cancellation since it is a procedure. If we do everything without control we will quickly end up as MtGox. We do not want that, we want to keep working. I guess our clients would likes us to keep working too.

I am sure that you understand why payouts get priority over the cancellations, but however that does not mean that cancellations are forgotten.

  122. how it goes exactly before starting it.

  124. When i initiate a cancellation procedure first it will be delivered to
  125. the management team and after reviewing they will forward it to the
  126. development team, which will return the btc to your wallet.

  128. This may take some time since it passes through 3 departments. The
  129. other 2 options are both faster. Reaching the current payout level
  130. (which is now 8.4 btc) means the payout will be delivered in 3 hours.
  131. Or waiting for your turn, which will take couple day but probably
  132. less time than a cancellation.

  134. However if you prefer the cancellation just confirm and a will start it
  135. for you.
