- Beja: Welcome to our real-time support chat. How can I help you today?
- Nick Gardner: Hi, I'd like to cancel my trial for G2A shield
- but the website won't let me
- Beja: Hello Nick you can cancel this 2 last days of the trial
- so would be 28 days after starting the trial
- Nick Gardner: I want to cancel it now
- Beja: Unfortunatly it isn't possible to do so sir. By the terms and regulations that's the time when the deactivate button becomes available
- Nick Gardner: What happens if I am on vacation and do not have internet access during that 2 day period?
- that's barely a full weekend
- Beja: I understand sir we just don't have such access and the date is displayed next to the deactivate button
- Nick Gardner: where can I find the terms and regulations you mentioned
- and who can I talk to who has such access
- I also don't see anywhere where it says how much it will charge me either
- Beja: you can find such at the g2apay website i will give you a link to it
- https://pay.g2a.com/
- in the documentation
- Nick Gardner: yes, where would I find that on the website
- Beja: and it would be 1 euro + taxes
- Nick Gardner: I do not see any link that says documentation
- Beja: one momment
- Nick Gardner: thanks
- Beja: https://www.g2a.com/terms-and-conditions
- https://pay.g2a.com/documentation
- Nick Gardner: the second appears to be API documentation
- Beja: https://pay.g2a.com/downloads/G2APay-Terms-and-conditions.pdf?ver=0.1
- sorry there we go
- Nick Gardner: how was I supposed to find that
- I did not see that in the initial signup process
- I would not have signed up for the service if I had known about the very irregular and scammy cancellation process
- Beja: I am sorry sir i would like to provide a quicker solution but this is the information we have available
- Nick Gardner: who can I contact who has the relevant information?
- Beja: you can request such via support@g2a.com that is our official form of communication
- Nick Gardner: is this not an official form of communication?
