Jason - TarSnap Native Windows

Hi Colin and the BSDNow team,

While not pure BSD, Windows 10 users can now use tarsnap natively in Windows without having to install Cygwin.  I have included some backup and restore snips below to show that it works as intended.  As the Windows drives are exposed under /mnt you can backup your Windows directories without any hassle.

Simple steps are:

Set Windows 10 into developer mode
Enable the Windows Subsystem for Linux (Beta)
Go through the steps to get it working and perform all necessary updates with apt-get
Follow the tarsnap instructions for Ubuntu/Debian to install all necessary tools to compile and install
Compile and install
Setup your key and start backing up.

As you can see, super simple.
