Panel 1:

Marie fawns over Double D from across the cafeteria.

Panel 2:

Marie's thoughts: "If only I could get him to notice me..."

Panel 3:

Marie suddenly starts squinting at Double D's magazine

Marie's thoughts: "Hold on, what's he reading?"

Panel 4:

We see that his magazine is called 'ABDL' and the cover is basically just big letters

Panel 5:

Marie's thoughts: "'ABDL?' I'd better remember that and look it up later..."

Panel 6:

We see from a different angle that Double D is reading about Automatic Binary Data Links.

Marie's thoughts: "Whatever it is, I can use it to make myself IRRESISTIBLE!"

Panel 7:

[the next day] Double D is at his locker and we see Marie's butt in the foreground, with only her lower half in frame. Her pants are much puffier than usual, not to mention lumpy. And stink clouds and flies abound around them.

Panel 8:

Double D suddenly turns when Marie calls him

Marie: "Ohhh Double Deeee!~"

Panel 9:

Double D looks on in bewilderment as Marie turns her butt toward him and puts her hands on the top of her pants

Panel 10:

Double D's eyes bulge out as Marie pulls her pants down to reveal a huge, dirty diaper

Double D: "M-M-MARIE?! What are you doing?!"

Marie: "Don't play dumb, lover boy! I know this is what you're into!"

Panel 11:

Double D can show only absolute cartoony horror as Marie shoves her dirty diapered butt right in Double D's face in the final panel.

Marie: "NOW COME GIMME SOME LOVIN!"
