Why?

I tend to think frustrating disrespectful is just going to make them wanna disrespect more. If they get mad at me, I won't have any autority and people will get a bit more annoyed and I'd have to warn/kick. This isn't funny for anyone and I want people to have fun, just fun and not having to mind about others doing shit.
