Subject: Regarding Permission to organize Mozilla Webmakers’ Party
Respected sir,
It is well-known that we, the members of HCOE Developers’ Circle, have been conducting various tech-related events frequently since two years and as usual, we are planning to conduct the next event “Mozilla Webmakers' Party”.As HCOE Developers’ Circle is one of the most active Mozilla Clubs in the valley, it is of utmost importance for us to organize this event. This event will be focused on introducing Mozilla webmakers' tools and teaching guides to help understand the web better,beneficial to students studying computer.
Therefore, we would like to acknowledge that we need assistance from college as always on such events and programs to make it grand success. We are planning to do the event on 9th July.For the very reason, we expect co-operation from the department on following matter:

Conference hall
