  1. REGARDING USING FACEBOOK LINKS TO POST YOUR PICTURES ON R/DYKESGONEMILD.
  2. ‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾
  3. Linking to images hosted on your Facebook account is strongly discouraged because it is possible to find your whole Facebook profile from the image URL. This exposes information that you may not wish to be linked to your Reddit account, such as your full name and location.
  4.
  5. If there is a photo on Facebook that you want to post, you can easily upload it to imgur by going to imgur.com, then clicking "Web" under the "Upload images" header. This will open up a box for you to paste the Facebook URL into. The image will then be hosted on imgur, and an imgur link to the photo will be provided. Because imgur renames uploaded photos, your Facebook account will no longer be exposed.

  7. "I don't care if r/dykesgonemild gets my Facebook profile!"

  9. Please consider that the moderation team can not keep dangerous people out of this subreddit, no matter how hard they try. Anyone can view r/dykesgonemild. The active community in r/dykesgonemild is really pleasant, but it's impossible to tell who might be lurking it.
  10.
  11. Also, your posting history is visible to anyone on Reddit. If you view some of the larger subreddits, you may have noticed that whenever a user mentions that they are a woman, it's pretty likely that some other redditor will go through their post history looking for gonewild posts. If this happened to you, they would come across your dykesgonemild post and might bring it to the attention of others. If you made your dykesgonemild post with a Facebook image link, all of these people now have potential access to your Facebook profile. Yes, posting the personal information of others is against the rules of many subreddits, and Reddit's own Terms of Use. It happens anyway.

  14. PLEASE DO NOT POST LINKS FROM FACEBOOK ON R/DYKESGONEMILD OR ANYWHERE ELSE ON REDDIT.
