Enhancement Legendary Info WeakAuras

TL;DR -- These WeakAuras combined will show you some extra information about your equipped legendaries as an Enhancement Shaman.  The auras show up if you are Enhancement, have a particular legendary equipped, and are in combat.  There is a core group of anchor WAs that shows each legendary you have equipped, and then a subgroup for each specific legendary that shows additional information.

These are the anchors to which the following WAs anchor themselves.  This makes it so that if you don't have a particular legendary equipped, its information does not display.

1.  Sephuz's Secret

** BOTH IMPORTS ARE NEEDED **

This is the most elaborate of these WAs and probably the most useful.  When Sephuz's Secret buff is active, it shows the duration of the buff.  When Sephuz's Secret buff is on internal cooldown, it shows a bar showing when that expires.  When the internal cooldown expires, your abilities that can trigger Sephuz's Secret (Purge, Wind Shear, Hex, Earthgrab Totem, Sundering, Lightning Surge Totem) are shown.  If those abilities are on cooldown, the icon is greyed out and the cooldown is shown.  If your target or focus has a dispellable buff, Purge will be highlighted.  If your target or focus has an interrupted spellcast, Wind Shear will be highlighted.

2.  Roots of Shaladrassil

This shows a bar next to Roots of Shaladrassil that shows how much actual healing (overhealing not counted) was gained from the buff, as well as its actual uptime.  (The bar fills based on % of a fight that you had the buff up.)  This is mostly extraneous information, but could be used to decide if you should equip the pants on a particular fight.  For instance, you can see if you're actually receiving a significant amount of healing on Krosus, and if you're standing still long enough to get the benefit.  Not essential.

3.  Prydaz  **UNTESTED**  (I don't have Prydaz.)

This shows two bars.  The white bar shows the remaining time on your Prydaz shield, with the amount of shielding remaining on the left.  The red bar shows the internal cooldown of your Prydaz -- that is, the time remaining until you can proc a new shield.

4.  Emalon's Charged Core  **UNTESTED**  (I don't have Emalon's.)

This *should* show a bar when you have Emalon's up.  If there is other information that would be helpful, send me feedback.  I am thinking that maybe it should light up when there are multiple targets in melee so you can proc it.

5.  Eye of the Twisting Nether  **UNTESTED**  (I don't have Eye.)

This will show bars for each of the 3 buffs you can get from Eye of the Twisting Nether.

6.  Storm Tempests  **UNTESTED**  (I don't have Storm Tempests.)

This should show a bar for each target that has your Storm Tempest debuff.  I am thinking about what other information might be more useful, including some kind of refresh or target-swap indicator.  Thoughts?
