I am working on creating a safe and centralized system for music prereleases. The goals of the system are to:

- Create an easy way for musicians to submit prerelease music for playback on stations
- Allow the musician to set special permissions for how PVL! stations may use their prereleases
- Allow the DJs to easily retrieve prerelease music for download and playback
- Allow the DJs to easily know what rights they do and don't have to each prerelease

Howdy! This is Shroo from Luna Radio.

I am working on creating a safe and centralized system for music prereleases. The goals of the system are to:

- Create an easy way for musicians to submit prerelease music for playback on stations
- Allow the musician to set special permissions for how PVL! stations may use their prereleases
- Allow the DJs to easily retrieve prerelease
- Allow the DJs to easily know what rights they do and don't have to each prerelease

This system will work on an opt-in trust system. If there are any issues with prereleases being distributed early, I will temporarily shut down access to the sheet, and I will remove the rights-broken track from the spreadsheet. The sheet will be read-only.

Keep in mind the exact rights you have for specific tracks. If a track requires modification to be played, the goal of that is to make sure no "clean" release of it may be recorded by someone and uploaded elsewhere. Hence, it is not your skill at mixing or such that matters, as long as the original track in it's pristine form is not played back on the air. This part is a little hard for me to explain concisely; if you require clarification, please contact me.
