Our morning stand-ups involve a walk to the coffee shop, on Fridays we kick back with a beer after work.

We provide services to organisations promoting good! Whether that be improving our communities through social good, or caring for the environment. If it's a positive force we're keen to get involved! Our clients include government, not-for-profit, philanthropy and corporate sector.

This role will involve working within our new digital arm. We're currently building web applications for internal and client projects, and you can expect to work on mobile apps, SEO, digital security, 3D modelling, game development, third-party API's, Augmented Reality, data cleansing and analysis.

We're rapidly expanding, and expect to further increase the size of our team in the near future, giving you the ground floor opportunity to grow and specialise your skills in what you love most. There's also  plenty of opportunity for career progression.

Reporting to the lead developer, you will be working as part of a team of four, including our digital account director and graphic designer.

Requirements

Experience in programming such as PHP, C# or similar.
Experience in web development
Creative skill and design experience such as Photoshop, InDesign
The ability to work and learn autonomously, or as part of a team
Self-starter, open to learning, and adopting different ways of doing things
At least 1-year of industry experience.
Relevant tertiary qualification
Experience in the following areas will be highly regarded

Experience working with databases
Usage of popular CMS such as WordPress, Joomla or Drupal
Graphic Design experience
3D Modelling
Game Development.
