Gold 1 in SoloQ, Gold 3 in Ranked 5's last season

AD is my primary, top is secondary role
4) What are your top 3 champions/playstyles? Any weird pocket picks?
For AD my top 3 are Lucian/Ezreal/Cait with Varus as a pocketpick.
For Top my top 3 are Naut/Gragas/Olaf and I would say Liss is my pocketpick.
5) How much experience do you have on serious teams (5v5 or 3v3)?
I've been playing on 5v5 teams since the end of Season 2. I played in an amateur league called LRSS in Season 3. Then Season 4 I played in TLoL, and then Season 5 I played in Houseparty 5v5.
6) How comfortable are you with spending 10-12 hours a week on practice, and then 3-4 hours a week on gameday?
I'm fairly comfortable with spending that many hours on practice.
