Known Ball Lightning Characteristics

Ball Lightning:
	Formation: between storm clouds, sunny & rainy
	Shape: spherical, electrical arcs near clouds
	Color: bright core with outer green hue
	Smell: mostly odorless, may be sulfuric at times
	Behavior:
		attracted to telephone lines; travels through glass, without burn, and causes the object to slow down; walking-like floatation, as if intelligent; may be absorbed by a CRT television, only to turn it off with no damage.
